Dr. was friendly my appointment was schedule at 10 am and I was seen at 10:10 so not bad. I was impressed by their clean environment considering that tons of sick people pass through their office . My appointment went smoothly and was given a couple shots to help with an allergic reaction to some medication. I felt listened to by all the staff.

Fast in and out, made an appointment and was seen within 10 minutes of being there. Was diagnosed fast, even got medicine there instead of going stopping at another place to pick up a prescription. Especially when your sick you don’t want to stop more places then you have to.

I'm glad that I have received today, 9/26/18 4:15 pm not just a timely but a warm and accommodating service by the staff at the front desk, Vidy. The quality of care was excellent coupled by an uplifting smile by the staff, Elia who took the specimen and made the report, healthy and clear. She's very friendly. The look and cleanliness of the facility was flamboyant. It doesn't look like an urgent care place but I felt like I'm at the hotel lobby.Thank you very much for an excellent caring service.

I received great care at the grossmont location. The Eastlake location I went to the day before would receive a 3 star from me. The PA at the Grossmont location that saw me was great and actually listened to how I was feeling. The staff from the medical assistants, nurses, and PA I encountered that day at Grossmont were great.

From the get go, the service was held at a standard well above the average . Very polite , cheerful and knowledgeable staff. I was in and out within an hour . Hopefully I never have to go back (nobody wants to go to urgent care) but I know if I do, I will be in good hands. Thanks a bunch to the front staff and doctors that took care of me !

Their staff was great, offered snacks and drinks while waiting. Had a quick visit thanks to the online program where the Dr. can see you through webcam to do the exam.

The staff at Marque were incredibly helpful and could not have been sweeter! I sliced my finger in the afternoon and knew I needed stitches, but couldn’t get to urgent care right away. Marque worked with me to figure out a good time later that evening, and got me right in the hands of the doctor when I did arrive. The doctor was friendly and professional, and stitched me up as quickly as possible. I was very pleased with the whole experience and highly recommend Marque for your urgent care needs.

All personnel were extremely professional, helpful and caring. This was the 3rd time during the last several months that I returned to Marque Medical in Rancho Santa Margarita because of the experience I had the first time I suspected a UTI. My husband has also used this Marque Medical and again, the service was not only professional, but very caring and personalized. Dr. Wade (who attended to me) and Dr. Eaves (who went above and beyond to help my husband are phenominal physicians. Thank you.

Everyone was really nice, no wait timeat all! Maybe 2 min after filling out paperwork! Filling out the “forms” on the iPad was easy to do and efficient. Nurses and the doctor was friendly! Perfect experience! No complaints! :)

Waited approximately 20 minutes after completion of paperwork. But once I was escorted back to the examining rooms there was never more than a couple of minutes that I was not being treated. Needed stitches for a laceration on my hand. Someone was always cleaning, numbing, stitching, or bandaging the wound. Then I was released and scheduled for followup exam, to be further followed for stitch removal.
