Excelente care

They are great and professional

Our wait time was not very long considering usual wait times at other urgent care facilities. The staff was very considerate and friendly. The doctor was also great, he did a thorough examination and took his time with our son. He was friendly and helped ease my son’s fear and anxiety.

As someone with an autoimmune disease, I have spent A LOT of time in hospitals and doctors office. The staff here had the best bedside manner I have ever experienced. I was there for something very simple, but they still made me feel listened to and respected, and my concerns weren’t written off as they so often are. Highly recommend!

I am visiting San Diego and do not have a Dr. here. I started experiencing sever stomach pains and thought I better go in to get checked out. I googled Urgent care nearest to my location and was directed to Marque Medical clinic. I was promptly greeted with a smile from the receptionist. She was very caring and helpful as I was having problems filling out the registration forms. Thankfully I had a very short wait period before being taken back to get checked out. Dr. White came in and was very concerned with the issues I was having. After my examine he felt that it was necessary for me to go to the emergency room fearing it may be my appendix and they didn't have the equipment there at the clinic to verify that. So I was given a referral to take with me and promptly went to the ER. It was not my appendix but it was diverticulosis which cases sever pain. Dr. White was looking out for my best interest. Which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend the Marque Medical Clinic. They are very professional and friendly making an unpleasant situation a little less stressful.

The lady in the front desk was wonderful! Even though it seemed busy she was very welcoming and attentive. The facility was very clean. The doctor took his time to listen to my concerns and discuss some options for treatment. I was very pleased overall with the services provided.

Had such a great experience. I was treated very well by staff and Dr. Alexander was exceptionally kind. I have been to a lot of medical facilities because of my health and my patient experience here has been one of the best. Thank you to Dr. Alexander and all the staff!

Front office was clean, bright. Jill greeted me in a friendly and personable manner. Medical tech - whose name I failed to get - was professional and asked all the right questions. Dr Alexander was thorough and explained everything he did. A wonderful experience. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Will most definitely visit them again should I need urgent care. Can't say enough positive things about my experience.

I want to give special praise to Jill at the front desk. She took a lot of time to look into a billing issue that I had with my prior visit. After I left from today’s visit, she called to say that she had figured out that Marque made a mistake in the prior bill, and that she would arrange for the overcharge to be credited back to my credit card. I really appreciated her taking the effort to get to the bottom of it and to call me to arrange the refund. This makes me feel confident that I can trust Marque to deal with me honestly. Thanks, Jill!

Quality of care from physicians and staff.... Staffs are friendly and physician who took care of me is a competent & knowledgeable doctor....i appreciated the way he treated me. Timeliness of service...is awesome. Cleanliness of facility is clean....great !
