Quality of care was excellent Dr was very thorough and the staff was friendly I waited an hour, but was very happy that the Dr recommended a breathing treatment which was very helpful. The office was clean and organized - I would recommend this facility!

I go there not long after they opened and was seen quickly. Dr. Alexander is very nice and explained what was going on thoroughly.

The staff here were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The office was very clean and comfortable. I only had 1 person in front of me so the wait was very short. The doctor I saw was funny and very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease.

The 2 times I have shown up to this facility on a weekend with a minor emergency I have been treated like a long time patient. The wait was minimal and the customer service was perfect. I highly recommend Marque Urgent Care and will always use them as my first choice.

Everyone I met was so kind and thoughtful. From the moment I stepped in the door, each individual treated me very well and made a stressful experience much more bearable. They left no room for ambiguity, while also making jokes and words/actions of encouragement that felt very human compared to the cold environments some medical facilities are. Aside from everyone having beautiful personalities, it was interesting to me that options for my treatment were given. The pros and cons of each, within medical reason, were explained and I was allowed to choose the option that I believed would suit me best. It really was a very patient centered clinic in every aspect.

The staff was very friendly, and it's a nice facility. The doctor was excellent - he listened carefully, quickly understood what I needed, and he gave me exactly the care that I needed.

I had an amazing experience. This location was very easy to find with lots of parking. In addition, the reception staff was very helpful. In addition, I only had to wait 10-15 minutes before I was seen. The forms were quick and easy to fill out on the tablet. The facility was super clean and tidy. The medical assistant who took me back to take my vitals was so nice too- she even offered me apple juice or any other drink after taking my medical history. The physician that tended to me was awesome, he answered all the questions I had about my diagnosis. After my consultation, the medical staff at the reception greeted me before I left. Everyone at this office was amazing, super welcoming and friendly. I will definitely come back to Marque Medical if something ever comes up!

I was taken care of very quickly after our arrival. Both the nurse and the nurse practitioner were very competent and caring. At no time did they seem to be in a hurry and they clearly explained both what they were doing, and what we needed to do for continued treatment. They gave excellent care.
