The staff was very welcoming and cheerful. The Dr as well as front desk staff were so easy to talk to without that rushed "we will get to you when we can" vibe that you get at most Urgent Care/ERs. Charline was very sweet and I appreciate her warm caring energy.

I had not been feeling well last Sunday and called to see if there way availability to be seen same day. Jenn, the receptionist was extremely pleasant and friendly and found a time for me to be seen. After arriving and feeling extremely under the weather, I was taken into an examination room to be seen with Krista, the first nurse. She was so nice and understanding and made me feel very comfortable. A few moments later, the specialist, Karen Prychun, came into the room to examine me and ask some questions. She was SO easy to talk to, made me feel so comfortable, in a total judgement-free zone. She was so understanding and was so genuine. Before being discharged, Marilee, came in to see if I had any last minute questions, again, so genuine and caring. A few days later, Laney called me to check in and was so nice and caring. Every encounter I had at Marque Urgent Care was highest quality. Absolutely amazing service and staff, I would recommend 100% and will definitely be going back.

My experience was very good. Jill, the receptionist, was very nice and helpful. I arrived around 8:30am and was seen within an hour. It was a holiday Monday, so my prescription had to be re-sent to a pharmacy that was open. I called and they did it right away, so I was able to go pick it up instead of waiting until 9am the next day. I would visit Marque again, no issues.

All of those criteria were high end. I am a cash paying patient. I called another Urgent care whom was considerably cheaper, but the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness and comfort at Marque made me want to stay there.

First time to this Marque Urgent Care but have used other Marques before and have always been happy with their services. Aliso Viejo is no exception...very pleased with the staff from reception to Dr. Porzio. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Dr. Porzio was caring and his examination and explanation was thorough Wait time was minimal and the waiting room/exam room are comfortable. I will use again and recommend to others.

I've only been to Marque once with my daughter, and we had a good experience, so I thought I would try it again for myself when I had some eye trouble. I hate going on weekends, especialy because urgent care costs more, but it was worth it. Appt online was honored in a timely matter. Front office was helpful and organized.Marque has a welcoming waitroom, with a modern touch. Physician and staff in general were informative, quick and answered my questions without trying to escape to the next patient. I will be back, and suggest you do the same if you can afford to.

The front desk person, 30 mins from closing time was so pleasant and kind. The nurse was efficient and easy going with my 11 yo and the dr as very compassionate. We were in and out in 1 hour. What took the Longest was the paperwork! But, we won’t have to fill all of that out again!
