The physicians are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, the staff is courteous, the facility is spotless, and their waiting hours (or shall I say minutes?) are minimal! They are super tech savvy too, with a screen displaying paitent entry times, an electronic sign in, and on the website you can book an appointment even hours before! The best thing is that after checking in, they send you a text message ~30 minutes before your appointment! You can shop at Ross next door or go at Starbucks until your appointment time. Love this place, wish that all urgent cares were managed by Marque Medical.

The front girl was so cheerful and her big smile was very welcoming to me. She told you exactly what was going to happen, and in about how long, so you could decide if you wanted to go home and return later. The overall cost was lower than i expected, so i was grateful. Les, the doctor who saw me, was very knowledgable and asked specific questions for an accurate diagnosis. Friendly, too. I would recommend this urgent care to everyone, and i will use them again, if the need should arise. Thank you, i feel better already!

The understanding of the Physician was outstanding. And the staff at Marque was above the average. The office (exam room) was very clean, which shows that everyone cares in what the customer sees.

Dr. White was such a nice person, not only as a doctor but as a humanitarian. Not one who wants to drug you up like many others. Our family are more of alternative medicine people, and Dr. White did not poo poo it when I told him that I gave my husband Ronald Breault Golden Seal for possible infection in his swollen testicles. That to me meant a great deal because I am a Certified Reflexologist whom has helped thousands of patients with my reflexology business and even helped doctors and pharmacists with it, those doctors who where the open minded medical people like Dr. White. Dr. White cares about his patients like I do for mine. I have been looking for a doctor like him and I wish he was in private practice because my husband and myself and our daughter would be his patients. Our daughter is not properly treated by doctors because they think that sometimes she is faking it because she doesn't take their pain killer, opioids, but I happened to help remove her pains faster than an opioids would do, but of course they don't believe it and wants to drug her up but she doesn't fall for it. I know that Dr. White would understand this because I could feel his humanitarian. I took the same oath in my nursing career that doctors take, 'I will do no harm' but there are doctors out there who don't practice that oath as much as they should. I believe Dr. White is taking that oath seriously and live by that oath. He is a very kind man. Nanette Breault and Ronald Breault

felt welcomed and the office staff were helpful and accepting of me. the clinical person was welcoming, communicated well and portrayed that everything was okay. the doctor was relaxed and listened. very approachable and again very confident that he could help me. They called my medications in so when I got to my pharmacy, they just gave me the medications and I could be on my way.

Clean facility; wonderful, caring staff; in and out relatively quickly.

It was fast and easy. I made an appointment time online and was seen with in 10 mins of that time. The staff was nice and helpful.

I love that they gave me an approximate wait time. I could go walk around instead of sitting in a germy waiting room. They texted me when I was next to go in so I could return. I really appreciated it.

Dean Jones MA/X-ray Tech and Dr. Nicole Pilsbury were incredibly kindhearted when I visited the Marque Urgent Care Center for a shoulder injury recently. They kept me smiling and laughing given the amount of pain I was in for my injury. I’ll definitely go back to.

The lady at the front desk was sooooo nice! She was very helpful even with all the crazy stuff happening in the lobby she never stopped smiling. Best experience I've had so far.

The staff was amazing! I am 7 months pregnant and injured my knee. They noticed my husband and I in the parking lot trying to hobble inside and someone came with a wheelchair. The team of staff members took amazing care of me and took every precaution and provided me with great options. We are so thankful they are in our network and will surely come back :)

Excellent overall. 2nd time here and won't be the last. I went on a Sunday afternoon and was treated warmly and promptly. Already have sent two family members there and will recommend to all.

I was initially hesitant to follow through with my appointment because the front office staff was not the most helpful or friendly. I was happy I stayed, however, because the doctors and assistive personnel in the back went above and beyond. I really like being able to check in remotely. Will return.
