My experience was absolutely wonderful. I got an appointment right away. It was a very easy process to register and get started. everybody in the office was great, from the doctor to the medical technicians to the front office folks. The treatment I got was spot on. I don’t know how to thank all of you for helping me. I’m so grateful and appreciative of everything you did for me.

Friendly, efficient, understanding. Thanks for looking at my chin/chest burn so efficiently (I was running up north to make another appointment). I was struck by how friendly and understanding everyone there was --in particular, the receptionist, doctor, and nurse who put the bandages on my chin! Thank you. :)

PB staff was nice, pleasant and empathetic. UTC receptionist was extremely rude. Go to PB!!!

My experience was very helpful—they accommodated me close to closing times (very good hours) and were able to give me the proper advice for recovery. I would definitely come back if needed (hopefully not). The doctor was efficient but also thorough and the front desk was accommodating.

I had not been feeling well last Sunday and called to see if there way availability to be seen same day. Jenn, the receptionist was extremely pleasant and friendly and found a time for me to be seen. After arriving and feeling extremely under the weather, I was taken into an examination room to be seen with Krista, the first nurse. She was so nice and understanding and made me feel very comfortable. A few moments later, the specialist, Karen Prychun, came into the room to examine me and ask some questions. She was SO easy to talk to, made me feel so comfortable, in a total judgement-free zone. She was so understanding and was so genuine. Before being discharged, Marilee, came in to see if I had any last minute questions, again, so genuine and caring. A few days later, Laney called me to check in and was so nice and caring. Every encounter I had at Marque Urgent Care was highest quality. Absolutely amazing service and staff, I would recommend 100% and will definitely be going back.

Great service. We are from out of town so I was concerned we would have trouble finding a place to go. I was able to book an appointment and fill out all paperwork online prior to arrival. Reception was great. Offered us a remote session with a doctor to save time, which was a great option. Was able to fill prescription in office. Total appointment took 30 minutes.

you guys rock - everyone is always so NICE and helpful! I'll be back when needed, wouldn't go anywhere else. looking forward to the remodel too!

I had a messy arm injury which the doctor cleaned up and meticulously wrapped with various lotions and gauze strips, and I feel as though I'd seen a plastic surgeon. Very relieved to have the tender and experienced care I received.

Had to return because I was not getting better. I really felt as if the team was genuinely concerned and took steps/tests to rule out any and everything. Came home with a prescription and have been feeling better already. Everyone at Marque is professional and caring.
