Came in on a friday expecting a wait and was surprised. They got me in very fast and Darren took my vitals, nice guy. Once the doc came in he was able to diagnose and prescribe treatment in a quick and professional manner for my sore throat. So far the medication is working and no pain so thank you all for your help.

Liked both the blonde nurse and the interestingly dressed Dr. who took care of my abrasions from a fall. I had been treating my self for 24 hours but seeing experts is the right thing to do. I went to my hometown urgent care facility 2 days ago and that Dr. was pleased with the progress of my wound and the 2 prescriptions Dr. B. prescribed for me. The wait was a bit long but it was a busy morning at the center. If I return to Pacific Beach in the future and need medical help I know where to go, Marque Medical.

I highly recommend Marques. Check in was easy and I was seen by the doctor in a timely manner. The precheck and exam were thorough resulting in a quick diagnoses. My antibiotics were ready when I arrived at the pharmacy of my choice. Very clean facility and friendly staff. A+ from me.

I had a 7 month old daughter with what i thought was an ear infection. I was received in a very very friendly fashion when I walked in and I was helped pretty quickly for being at an instacare. I was in and out of there from start to finish in 30-45 min. Which is unheard of where I am from (utah). The staff at the reception center was SO kind and welcoming and reassuring. The doctor I met with was very thorough in his diagnosis and he also was very kind. He prescribed me an antibiotic that I knew my kids don't react well to and when I asked if we could change it to a different one he was so understanding and did what was best for us which gave me so much peace of mind. We were just visiting but if I am in San Diego in the future and need an instacare I will definitely go there again.

A great experience

From the moment I walked into this medical clinic, I felt very welcomed and well cared for. The receptionist was super fun and walked me through the initial intake quickly and effectively. She processed my insurance immediately and I only had to wait several moments before the nurse came to get me. The nurse was very likable and professional and made me feel comfortable about my situation. I really enjoyed talking to the Doctor Who came in soon after -he was especially attentive and informative. I give him an A+ for his advice, service, professionalism and kindness. It's always hard to transfer from one insurance to another and to find a new doctor, but needless to say, this medical office made the transition smooth and seamless. I left the office 100% satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this medical facility to anyone in need of medical attention, prescriptions and/ or advice.

Very nice staff, decent timing too.

I've been going to PB Urgent Care for over 20 years. Since Marque took over, it's a much more streamlined process. I spent about half an hour to an hour less there yesterday than I would have in the past. That is greatly appreciated! The doctors have always been good and the facility has always been tacky and rundown. That hasn't changed. One minor glitch: When I checked in, the monitor said it would be 1 hour 30 minutes until I was served. It was only about 20 minutes. If I had gone away and come back, I would have missed it.

I was very pleased with the entire experience from the friendliness of the staff, the efficiency of being seen almost immediately and the expertise of both the Dr. and intake nurse. The facility was clean, but could use an update which appears is in the works. Thank you so much.
