Very efficient staff. Recommend highly.

Excellent service today. The front office staff were friendly and helpful, the gentleman who took my vitals was kind and attentive to my needs, and the doctor was very knowledgeable. I was in and out fairly quickly and have zero complaints about the wait or service. I will absolutely be returning for any future needs. Thank you all for your help.

It was excellent as soon as I arrived with the support of the receptionist to Carlos and Dr. Dave. The support provided from all three of these individuals was very professional and timely. I am visiting here from Daytona Beach, FL for 2 weeks and was looking for an UR facility online to finally get rid of this cold that started before I left home over 2 weeks ago which I was treating with useless over the counter crap. I had planned to go to Anderson UC based upon my search for the closest facility. I went there and was told it would be a long wait as they were really backed up so I decided to wait till I got home the next day. Going west on Garnet Ave. back to my rental on the beach I saw your office on the left and gave it a try and I am very glad I did. Thanks for the care provided and prescribing the proper meds to get rid of this cold. This was my first experience with a UC facility. I learned 2 valuable lessons based upon this experience which is don't play doctor any more and I sure wish I had gone early last week when the cold set in after I arrived.

I have been here a handful of times and always a pleasant experience. Easy to set an online appointment, wait time is low, staff is friendly and always get good care. Today, Carlos remembered me and my ailments from before. Nice guy. Dave, the doctor on call today was efficient, caring and helpful.

The staff is all very professional, friendly, and efficient. They get you in and out in a very timely manner. I really like Dr. Pennwell. I felt very comfortable with him. All the staff was very nice I Merilee it's always super sweet and always makes you feel like she cares about you.The rest of the staff is very nice as well Marianne, Carlos and Keilah i'll make you feel very comfortable. It was definitely a great experience at marquee urgent care center

I really appreciated that the front desk staff offered me tea while I was waiting. The medical assistant was very kind and made the process easy. The doctor I talked to answered all my questions without making me feel rushed and was understanding when I wanted to keep things simple and not take much medication - I like to do things as naturally as possible and some doctors can be pushy with meds so I liked that he wasn’t. I would definitely come back here again.

I came in very sick with pneumonia, pleurisy and asthma due to not being treated and managed properly from a different Urgent Care. I was in a lot of pain and extremely run down from being sick for four weeks previously. Dr. Marquez and her staff were amazing and caring. After a couple of follow-ups, proper medication and suggestions I am finally feeling better. I can't say enough about Dr. Marquez, she even checked on me at home. They are above and beyond. FRONT DESK WAS EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY. PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT WHO PERFORME3D FIRST INTERVIEW WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND THOROUGH. DOCTOR DID THREOUGH EXAMINATION AND DIAGNOSIS AND PROVIDED ME WITH EVERYTHING THAT I NEEDED TO MANAGE MY CONDITION. OVERALL, I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH MY VISIT.

This was a wonderful experience compared to my visit last Thursday. Dr. Schmidgal was very personal; starting out introducing himself, and taking the time with me. He was very professional and prescribed cough syrup to me that I mentioned last Thursday and was told it wouldn't be good for me. Hopefully I can now sleep during the night. Thank you Dr. Schmidgal.

Receptionists were gracious and efficient. Wait time was minimal and assistants and doctors were professional and did what was needed. Thanks...and I'd be back if I have to....

The doctor I saw was very concerning and wished he had the proper equipment to check my eye. He said it was ordered but never came. Everyone was great kind and helpful. I think the price was way to high for a 5 minute go to er visit. If the clinic had the equipment the doctor had ordered and was able to check my eye to make sure I didn't have something that would cause blindness I wouldn't mind paying that amount. I feel like I was taken advantage of and nothing I can do about it. I spent 4 hrs in er to get eye drops. It will make me think twice before I go there again. My wife goes there all the time and usually gets what she needs.

The quality and care I received from Ben Mousavi, MD was excellent. The Staff was very nice and accommodating and our wait was not unreasonable. The Facility was clean and professional looking. I would recommend this Urgent Care Facility to anyone.
