My experience at the Marque Urgent Care in Pacific Beach, CA could not have been any better. I was traveling with family visiting my in-laws in La Jolla and got very ill before the New Year. I was seen immediately in the morning on January 1 and the staff were incredible. They were kind, timely, and got me the medicine that I needed without any hassles. The physician who was on call, who volunteered to work on the holiday was one of the nicest physician's I have ever met. The nursing and front desk staff were also really kind and made the situation very easy. I commend all of the staff working at the care center that day. The organization is lucky to have people who are so focused on customer service and who appear to really care about their jobs!

Everyone is very friendly and caring. You made me feel like I was important and listened to my concerns. I was seen right away and the office is clean. I am happy knowing that a caring staff is so close in my neighborhood. Thank you!

You don't want to go to urgent care on Christmas Eve, but if you have to make sure you go to Marque Urgent Care. I had been suffering through a strep throat infection the week leading up to Christmas. I was hoping it would just get better, but instead was getting worse each day. Finally on Christmas Eve I decided to seek medical treatment. I called Marque and was greeted by a friendly voice. The receptionist told me the hours and location, and to come in right away. Fifteen minutes later I was in their waiting room along with several other clients. The staff immediately checked me in and gave me paperwork to fill out. This took a few minutes to complete, but I believe I was taken to a waiting room within 15 minutes. The facilities looked nice and a nurse was in to see me within a minute or so. He was extremely professional, friendly and was able to provide a quick diagnosis. The doctor in charge spoke with us about the treatment, as well. I was so happy that they were able to help, and so quickly. It may be busier at other times, but I was lucky that on this particular day the wait was very short. Marque Urgent Care accepts insurance and credit cards, as well. I highly recommend you visit their office should the need arise. (Hopefully not on a holiday or vacation!)

All physicians and staff were extremely welcoming and comforting. I was met with a smile as soon as I walked to the check-in counter. My service was faster than most urgent care offices that I have been to and while I waited (which was no more than 10 minutes) the staff kept me updated on how much longer before the physician came to see me and also offered water and anything else that would make my wait more pleasant. My physician was attentive and comforting, I never felt uncomfortable or judged. After my consultation with the physician, the staff informed me thoroughly on next steps.I also received a call from my physician the next day and the day after to check to see if I was feeling better. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Exceeded my expectations. Front desk staff was extremely courteous. Everyone was professional and the medical staff knowledgeable. I was in and out the office feeling great. Little to no wait to be seen. Highly recommended.

I returned to the Urgent Care, not realizing it had changed ownership. I was greeted by an efficient and courteous girl, behind the desk. She explained the changes and was super helpful. The staff was awesome and the office very clean. The Dr I saw was very kind and knowledgeable. And the PA who gave me a shot was very gentle and made me laugh. Thank you for taking good care of me!

The staff was extremely attentive. Polite and caring and offered coffee and water. We went in early on a Sunday and had immediate attention by the staff and saw the doctor within a half of an hour. The facility was very clean and the doctor was a very good listener. Did not rush to leave the room but listened to everything's no I said. I received the needed medicine on site and was even given free samples. I would definitely recommend the facility.

The staff is friendly and efficient. I was in and out in about 30 minutes with my prescription waiting for me at the pharmacy. Thank you for you professionalcare.

We have just moved here from the Midwest and needed to see a doctor. Saw excellent reviews for Marque Medical on the internet so decided to give them a try. The people were all friendly and professional. We were offered a beverage and a snack! What a pleasant surprise! We were able to prebook an appointment time, also an unexpected plus for an urgent care facility. Dr. Kiskillian listened to our concerns and throughly explained his recommendations for treatment. With paperwork and examination, both of us were there less than an hour. This was our most positive medical experience in recent memory.

I was visiting p b on vaca and developed a bladder infection. Found you through the recommendation of a cousin who lives in p b. She brought me to you. I was relieved there was no line as I was in quite a bit of pain and discomfort. I was seen promptly and professionally. Was thankful you accepted my insurance. Was happy for a prompt diagnosis and thankful you had meds on hand, even though they were pricier than if I had bought elsewhere. But it was a huge convenience so I was willing to pay. My only suggestion is that you provide more info with the meds. I did my own research and discovered I should not be taking my vitamins high in zinc while taking this medication as it reduces the efficacy. Would not have known that otherwise.

The treatment was very smooth and easy. I was seen after shortly after completing my paperwork and the staff was very nice. The Dr. was very helpful and pinned down my issue quickly and gave me clear treatment options.

Marque Medical should be your first choice for urgent care. My experience was an excellent one. Every staff member and medical professional was courteous and thoughtful in my interactions with them. I could not recommend Marque more, it was the best urgent care experience I've ever had. Truly an outstanding experience from end to end, I would give them 6 out of 5 if I could.
