The quality of care I received was exceptional. The doctor was not only professional, but sympathetic and caring. He gave me enough medication so that I could make it to my doctors appointment on Tuesday. I waited only a very short time to see him. There was no line in the waiting room. The facility was very clean and tidy. My Only complaint, was the cost. Almost $200!! That is a lot of money....

It was great that you could set an appointment and not need to wait in a waiting room very long with other ill clients. The staff was efficient and nice.

I am a returning client and each time I come to the Marque Urgent Care Clinic,located in Pacific Beach Ca. 92109. Because the service is always quick and the staff are very professional, helpful, and caring to me. I saw Doctor Michael Steiner, he was very caring and reassuring to me. He made me fill that he had all the time in the world to spend with me. He had several patient waiting for him. He still took the necessary time to resolve my many problems. This was one of the best group of staff I have ever encountered at an urgent care center super super caring and on top of everything really really cared about the way I was feeling in my comfort level. They sent me to an offsite CT scan and when things didn't go as planned they were super polite on the phone and caring again helped me find a new place to go and find out what was going on with me I'm very very pleased and I would definitely definitely definitely come back for further problems if I could give this more than five stars I would!

I visited the Marque facility in PB yesterday, and the urgent care treatment by the professionals there exceeded my expectations. The wait to be seen by the professionals was short, I had called in advance and learned that only a few patients were there when I visited at about 2:00 pm on Sunday, 2/12/17, undoubtedly a longer wait should reasonably be expected at busier times. Medical technician Darren Naito took my vital signs and got my responses to questions appropriate to my health issue, and I asked a few questions about his professional background and his responses assured me that he is qualified as a medical paraprofessional. I was then seen and examined appropriately by Dr. Michael Steiner for my upper respiratory issue, and learned from him about his professional background and experience, concluding that Dr. Steiner is quite qualified, which gave me confidence in his diagnosis. Both of the medical professionals mentioned were friendly and made the visit to Marque Medical a positive experience. With the quality of professional medical care that I received, and attention to my concerns about my health issue, I would go back to Marque Medical for urgent care. I am a professional myself, and I expect professional service when I go to a clinic, and I certainly did receive that level of care when I visited Marque Medical's PB facility yesterday.

Physicians were excellent. My husband saw Dr. Davis and I saw Dr. Steiner. Waiting time was 5 minutes. The facility is under construction but all was clean inside. The receptionist, Barbara, was most friendly. The doctors were thorough. I would not hesitate to go back.

The doctor, nurses, reception desk and all others were very friendly and addressed all my health concerns. I had an appointment and was seen within 10 mins of my appointment time. The outside of the building looked a little off but that was probably just due to some construction. Everything inside was clean and well kept! I would definitely recommend this facility.

i am from out of town and needed to see a Doctor. Arrived early AM and was seen within 15 minutes. Everyone was very courteous and my experience very good. The doctor very helpful and friendly.

Marque medical was extremely helpful when bringing my 9 month old son there while on vacation. The front office staff and doctor were fantastic! They were speedy yet thorough, and even called to check up on us after we left. I highly recommend Marque medical!!
