Dr was knowledgeable, and knew exactly what he was doing. Assistants were amazing, they were so sweet and make me feel at ease. So kind and helped me a lot when I was coming out of sedation. Front desk is amazing as well! Asked all the right questions of me and answered all of mine for them, insurance has been a breeze. Will always use Maui Oral Surgery for my big jobs

My experience with Maui Oral Surgery LLC was spectacular! I recently had my wisdom teeth removed and the whole process was completed in a clean/timely manner. The whole office environment was welcoming and friendly from the interior of the office to the hospitality of the workers. The treatment I received from the consultation to the surgery was done professional and thorough from start to end.

Was almost painless and a clean pulled tooth. He thankfully was willing to stay an extra half hr so I would be free of the pain.

I really like the way Dr. Carter at Maui Oral Surgery and his team has interacted with me throughout my whole implant process. They all have been very friendly and caring. When I had any questions regarding my implant, from insurance questions, what to expect from the procedure, to after care, his whole staff were right there to answer them for me. Dr. Carter even called me at home in the evening to see how I was doing! Wow….. thanks everyone!

The staff and Dr. Carter were awesome. I have never had a tooth extracted with no pain. The dental nurse, Maggie, is most definitely a living angel who walks the earth. We were desperate, due to severe anxiety disorder, and they helped me to relax and did the procedure immediately. Definitely our Oral Surgeon of choice!

Maui Oral Surgery Dr. Todd Carter Two years ago, we started the process to extract 2 molars and to insert 2 implants. What should have been a 9-month process extended to 2 years as we encountered problems where my natural bone was VERY slow to heal around the implants. My age, 73 years, plus the torrides in my lower jaw posed a problem in Dr. Carter’s ability to use his most up-to-date technology. Throughout the procedures, Dr. Carter was attentive to my comfort; always prepping me for the pain that numbing medicines would feel like. The piped music selections were upbeat.! Even with a lengthy process, Dr. Carter and his efficient staff were patient with the work to be done. In addition, I was pleased that Dr. Carter, personally called me to check on my post-surgery results; I am just one of his many patients. The whole office is well-organized, where details of the procedures are itemized and there is continual reminders. We, Maui residents, are fortunate to have excellent oral surgery work through Dr. Carter.

I needed wisdom teeth extracted and the staff at Dr. Carter’s office are amazing. They are welcoming and will answer any questions or concerns you have. Very accommodating to needing doctors notes in a timely manner. Very professional environment while caring about your health and patient needs. Pre and post operative care is top priority.

I have been a patient for several years for several procedures. All of which were professionally executed with precision care and kindness. Dr. Todd Carter Along with his amazing staff makes the entire process seem effortless and alleviated all my concerns from the moment we set up appointments all the way through the final visit for each of my procedures. All of my dental issues stem from other dentist and had it not been for Dr. Carter and his knowledge and expertise I would have suffered a great deal more bone damage and perhaps benefited from new procedures now available. Upon arrival I was greeted. A few minutes later I got called in. I felt welcome and comfortable. From that moment I knew I’m in good hands. Very professional from the beginning until I got into my vehicle.

I really liked and respect Dr. Carter and his qualifications and experience and warmth. And he delivered the Least painful injections of novocaine in my mouth, and I have had plenty! I was surprised when you have an implant taken out that you don’t get a follow-up appointment or a call that night or next day. I highly recommend him and his staff! I will certainly continue to call him if in need of another oral surgery!

I went in for a the dreaded wisdom extraction that my dentist periodically recommends since they are impacted. This was my first time with Dr. Carter and also the first time I felt confident about the decision. In the past, I've been left questioning whether or not I should proceed with extraction. Because he recommended removing only the one that was partially exposed, he offered to do it there and then. It literally took 5 minutes and there was no pain or discomfort. Strangely, 17 hours later and there is still no discomfort with zero medication. The site bled for about 2 hours and after that, no gauze needed. I don't know what I've been dreading all these years! Dr. Carter and his team are really efficient and put care into what they do.
