Dr. Carter is very professional and always on time! The office staff and Dr. Carter’s assistants were very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking in a modern office with all the latest equipment.

I was very fortunate to be able to get a same Daly appointment because of a cancellation. I was nervous to have my mouth worked on because of a previous experience I had in another state. All staff members showed nothing but respect , understanding and kindness to me, this made me feel very comfortable. Dentist was able to extract my tooth without any discomfort to me. Thank you to all of you.

The staff are easy to talk to and make me feel comfortable if I have problems, such as discomfort or pain level during procedures. Office and operatory rooms are very clean and organized. Highly recommended surgery center. Professional yet friendly.

5 Stars …Outstanding Care! From the first consultation visit to the actual procedure, I am delighted to say that this dental experience is one of the best I have received in Hawaii. The staff was genuinely friendly while at the same time very professional. The facility was immaculate and very clean. The procedure was fast and pain free which I’m sure is important to all of us. I am now comfortable with the knowledge that Dr Carter is there and available should I need his services in the future . I highly recommend Maui Oral Surgery and Dr Carter.

Maui Oral Surgery is the best place for oral surgery. Dr. Carter and his technicians took care to explain everything in detail. He and his staff are pleasant, profesional and assuring. I had anesthesia and that went without problem. I am a senior and I needed a wisdom tooth removed that had a crown and root canal. I was a little worried about this. After Dr. Caters' evaluation I felt confident. And all went perfect. Thank you, Dr. Carter, and wonderful staff.

My extraction was easy and comfortable. I received excellent care from Dr. Carter and his congenial staff. There was ample parking and the treatment room was spacious and full of natural light.

I have been going to Dr.Carter for several years now and have NEVER been disappointed is the care I have received. All procedures have been explained to me so I knew how we were going to proceed. He answered any questions I may have had and made sure I was never in distress. He also was in contact with my regular dentist so all was well coordinated. The staff have always been helpful and cheerful. I would never consider going to any other dentist. In my books he is A-1. I have recommended him to several friends and no one has been disappointed!

The care at Maui Oral Surgery was superb. Dr. Carter took care to explain everything in detail. His technical skills were excellent and his bedside manner was pleasant and comforting. I felt absolutely nothing during the procedure and throughout the postop recovery period. The staff was wonderful. I am an RN and I watched them closely as they set up the surgical trays. They were obviously highly skilled. All the staff made a point of making me feel welcomed and comfortable. The rooms were clean and spacious. The entire experience was of the highest caliber and I would recommend Dr. Carter and company to anyone that required oral surgery.

A big thanks to the team at Maui Oral Surgery for my wisdom teeth removal. A very professional, friendly, and caring team. The office and surgery facility was modern, spotless, and had a really warm feel, despite being a medical office. Everyone was really patient with all my questions, communicative, and informative. They are very cordial and explain in detail before and after the surgery. I was extremely nervous but the nurse made me feel comfortable and doctor was excellent. Very friendly staff.

Just last week I had oral surgery at your clinic. My pre-op they spend time explaining my procedure in great detail. They did not rush thru it and asked if I had any question. The day of surgery every thing and the personal we’re very professional and again talked thru what was coming on. I felt very comfortable with my doctor and staff. My post -op was very clearly explained and sent full instructions home with me. A few days later my doctor (Dr. Vickers) call me himself to inform me of my biopsy report and if there was anything I needed. I’m very impressed with whole experience and if ever I needed them again I would not hesitate
