I have had a great experience with med7 today. The front desk was incredibly kind and helpful and nurse who took my vitals was funny and efficient. I’ve been very impressed with the care I received tonight.

Excellent

Dr.Theil is amazing and thorough. I told him as I was leaving that I preferred him over my primary doctor. The nurse Janet was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, personable and also thorough with her routines. The receptionist was friendly and professional as well. Thank all of you, I am feeling much better.

Im still waiting for the doctor to come in, so this review is just about my intake nurse, Janet. She provided excellent service. More importantly, she was very friendly (and quite funny too), and left the distinct impression that she genuinely enjoys her job and cares about her patients. If one could request specific intake nurses, she is the one to ask for. Generally speaking, Janet will be the primary reason I will always choose this facility when my family and I need urgent medical care. She is an asset to this office.

Many people were waiting, however, the wait & visit with Dr. ran smoothly and the staff was organized and friendly, as always. Janet was the sweetest. Very careful and considerate giving me my shot. She even sang for me.

Janet has an uplifting spirit and Tim was very knowledgeable. We had a very good experience. The receptionist was even amazing( this time) she must be new!

My experiences here at Med 7 ~ Roseville have always been pleasant. From the receptionists to the med assist to med tech to PA to Dr. Everyone has as/have always been pleasant, courteous and kind. Some staff (even past employees), more than others, have even been "sweet" in there demeanor who had and are a great addition to this institution/company. One in particular in today's visit is Janet, one of your medical assistants. She truly was a bright spot in my morning even though I was in a lot of pain. Janet wasn't just a med assist, she was very genuine not only in job but she is also a very caring individual. Then came Nicole, another medal assistant who administered my pain relieving medications who was very courteous and professional.

Dr. Thomas and Janet were very professional with excellent people skills. Reception was also very professional and helpful. The young lady with short dark hair who works in the office and drives a silver mercedes could exercise a little more patience with people. I stopped at the exit and had to adjust the post OP boot I had on as it was bothering my foot and she blew her horn shaking her head at me and giving me a look of disdain. I apologize if I made her late to wherever she was going. I can assure you it was not intentional. Otherwise, it was a great experience. Thank you!!

Janet was really nice doing the preliminary checkup before the provider came in. The wait was a bit long, but that’s not really anyone’s fault.

My experience was very good. Janet was very good with my son. Staff very kind and show great customer service. I would highly recommend med 7.

MED7 was great! Everyone was very friendly and courteous. I would go back anytime.

Even though I am visiting from Florida and was a walk in patient I was seen by a very professional medical assistant name Janet. She was very pleasant and took all my vitals with no problems. She even swabbed my throat for cultures without causing me to gag. She is an asset to her feild. Very happy person which helps relax the patient. Waited for the attending physician a little longer than expected, but for being a walk-in clinic this should be expected. The physician was very nice and took very good care of me. All in all. I was seen and diagnose with my symptoms and given medication to relieve the soreness and congestion.

Excellent service, I was seen by the doctor within 10 minutes. The staff and Doctor were very professional and courteous. I will definitely go back to and refer this Med 7 clinic to others that I know.
