I had a great experience at MED 7 and my nurse was awesome and made the experience way better than I expected. Unfortunately, like a jerk I cant remember names to save my life. But she was little and looked asian with a big personality, so hopefully that narrows it down to the right woman.

Janet was an excellent nurse. She reviewed everything with me to make sure there was not any mistakes. She gave me more knowledge about my high blood pressure of wht the numbers mean. I would also like to add, the front desk receptionist, Madalyn, who helped me out with my paperwork being that I had no insurance and was from Iowa. Everything was a great experience.

Always available when I need them. Always kind n courteous and I leave feeling like I have been taken care of and given the attention needed for my problem. I have never had a complaint or bad service and it’s always clean n they help u as quickly as possible.

I was a little concerned with my condition so coming here i wanted to get better as soon as possible. I was greeted by Janet who was calm and patient with me she answered all my questions and concerns. Dr.Mitchell was amazing she was very knowledgeable and showed concern for her patient.

The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. I always come to this location and actually prefer it here than at my primary care doctors ofiice.The wait time and time it takes to be seen are usually very quick as well.

This urgent care facility is very efficient. Waited less than 45 minutes. The medical assistant Janet was excellent. Friendly and very knowledgeable. Cared about me as well as having sanitary medical equipment.

My experience today at Med7 was an incredible experience that was positive. For starters, the facility was clean, organized and someone was thoughtful enough to put baby safe wall outlets covers throughout the facility. How cool? The staff was friendly and efficient, not counting they are busy busy. I certainly appreciate everyone’s hard work, getting us patients through the facility and back home to our families, is well appreciated. One thing that amazed me at the front counter was having the option to receive a pager and go out to my car to wait. I was able to listen to sports talk radio and fall asleep a little before the pager went off! It was another really thoughtful thing that was well received by a self-concerned patient, me. When called to a room, I was treated with respect and dignity. Janet, the young woman in Pink was very kind and did a good job getting me settled in. Although I can’t remember their names specifically, the doctor was incredibly pleasant and informative. I felt better after I saw her. The occupational therapist showed me how to put on my prescribed Tenidus elastic band. Thank you.

I haven't had to visit too many urgent care centers but everyone was very friendly and took care of my needs. Janet, who had to wheel me in because I had injured my foot, was funny and friendly which was a great way to help relax me.

Janet was extremely attentive, friendly and kind. However, the building itself was extremely cold, making it very uncomfortable when waiting to be seen by the Doctor. Janet was kind enough to apologize for the temperature, and I appreciated that. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Im happy that there accepting walkin patient, but the girl working in registration is not friendly no smile to her face talk so fast thats why i cant understand the instructions, but the Medical Assistant name Janet is nice and helpful explaining to us what we need to do.

I will definitely come back if needed and recommend your office to my friends and family. The wait time was a little long, but sometimes that is out of your control. I believe the lady that took my blood pressure name was "Janet," she was awesome! She was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I also love how she switched her gloves to new ones before touching me after she had picked up something from the ground. She also wiped down the arm wrap for the blood pressure machine with Clorox wipes before putting it on me without me asking. That is outstanding! Dr. Jonathan Lippmann, PA-C was also very friendly and made me feel comfortable and understood my concern for my visit. Your office does a great job with building a human connection with their patients. Thank you so much for all of your assistance!
