Excellent service with high professional staff.

The people at the front desk check in are efficient, fast, and understand that time is a consideration, so they are quick. The wait is never long to meet the first medical assistant, who takes the vitals The Dr.arrives, asks pertinent questions, and makes a diagnosis from what they hear from the patient, and the previous records on the computer. Everything is fast and efficient. I've been here three times, to avoid going into the City, and have not been disappointed.

No long waiting and the staff was really friendly. Tried all to explain the situation and also recommendations where good. Would go there again

Very good quality of care, I did not have to wait long. From the doctor clear diagnostic. I am a tourist still for a couple of days so the urgent care I was great so that I can still enjoy a couple of nice days in the city.

Amazing, I could not have asked for better service or quality. I am completely comfortable and trust my care to Stat-Care. Thank you again for the treatment and helping me get better.

It was a wonderful experience. From the sexy receptionist to the beautiful nurse. They all seemed very polite and respectful. I Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of any medical attention! :-)

My cat scratched my eyelid and my eye doctor told me to take a tetanus vaccine. I called Statcare in Astoria (23rd Avenue) to make an appointment and they advised me that if I went to see my primary doctor I wouldn't have to pay. I had to work so going to my doctor would be time consuming, so I decided to go to Statcare (they were very close to my home). When I got to their office they advised me again that my insurance didn't cover but if I went to my physician would be free. I was happy to pay $75 for vaccine. The convenience of not having to wait and not loosing a whole day of work made more sense. The clinic was clean, had very nice stuff and I was treated very nicely by the physician assistant who gave me the vaccine.

Great clinic, very clean and they help me real quick, very convenient. I need it to go to the doctor as an emergency but my doctor had appointments only for a week after and the did not want to go to emergency room and wait from four to five hours as usual. Came here and was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Great place

My experience at this facility was really great. I felt very comfortable from the beginning. The entire staff was concerned and very willing to help attend to me and get me better. I also had blood work done and the PA that drew my blood was so kind and gentle, I did not feel a thing. I really like this place.
