First time experience with the clinic and the location was highly convenient, they offer exceptional quality care my family and I are definitely choosing Statcare Urgent Walk In Medical Care clinic for future emergencies.

The staff and doctors were polite and expedient. I did not wait long on my two visits at this facility and they kept a file of my info from 2 yrs ago making it easy to proceed. I was given sensible and practical advice and they even called in a prescription for me at my local pharmacy. I feel comfortable returning to this facility and recommending it to others. Overall very convenient for my needs.

Nice, clean clinic with friendly, professional staff. Very busy on Thursdays, but I was seen quickly and efficiently. Excellent level of care for a very fair price, I highly recommend Statcare, whether for immigration paperwork or general care.

The entire facility was very clean and nice with a professional service throughout. I appreciated that the staff did not treat each client as if they were just patients, they gave each of us direct care and service that make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Receptionist was friendly and welcoming, nurses were comforting when taking vitals and even assisting you, and the doctor was careful in the procedures that needed to be done.

Today's doctor was the best I've had yet here. Very kind, very thorough. The receptionists are very nice also. No complaints!

I was able to come in on a Saturday morning and I was seen promptly! The staff and doctors were all very nice and everything was indeed taken care of urgently! I will definitely use Statcare Urgent in the future.

care is good. fast process. wish the civil surgeon was there everyday but obviously i understand why she is not. thanks for the water and beautiful women from the doctor to the assistants!!!

I decided to go the doctors today because I knew I had a massive ear infection, it hurts like hell. But was getting nervous as to why half of my face was getting paralyzed. I can not blink correctly, smile or frown on the right side of my face. I got so worried, I drove down to Statcare after work because i knew they close late. My doctor was very friendly and he diagnosed me correctly I was very impressed. I was worried I would walk out not knowing why this is happening to my face.I just formed Bell's Palsy. Its somewhat rare. He told me I got it most likely due to my infection, which I believe so too. So he prescribed me medication for my ear, and told me my face would soon go back to normal eventually after the infection is over and my nerve heals.

Medical service was adequate , competent and fast. All factors needed for a successful visit to the urgent care center.

Quality of Care was very good, my comfort level was 10 out of 10 and all the questions were answered. Convenience was excellent especially with a busy school and work schedule. I didn't have an appointment regardless of that i was seen within 20 minutes.

All of the staff members I encountered were friendly and knowledgable. The service was efficient. By the time I finished filling out the small amount of paperwork, the doctor was ready to see me. The doctor gave me a detailed analysis of my issue and answered all of my questions thoroughly.
