This one of the best urgent cares I have been to - the receptionist was helpful and nice, the facilities were clean and well kept, and the wait was almost non existent. The doctor was very helpful and listened carefully and gave great advice.

We had a perfect experience from top to bottom. Customer service from the second we walked in to the time we left was wonderful. We were seen immediately. The place was spotlessly clean and I felt very comfortable getting care there. The doctor was wonderful and very attentive. She answered all of our questions, was very informative and had great bed side manner. We had a great experience, which isn't the norm when it comes to receiving medical care in this country. Would completely recommend StatCare in Astoria! Thanks!

From the phone call to make an appointment to the follow up check up from the doctor, Statcare has provided a friendly, courteous, and professional experience through and through. Each member of the team kept me comfortable and provided all the information I needed about each visit. They even offered alternate solution for certain tests I needed done for my convenience. With a smile on each member's face, I have never felt more at ease going to the doctors.

Th front staff was very nice, the nurse & PA I saw were very thorough, did not make me feel rushed at all, and were very friendly. I was able to walk in & not wait that long, would go back! Hopefully will not have to soon though :)

I am a regular patient visiting the Walk-In Clinic. The recent changes made there have made it a wonderful place. Customer service is great, the waiting time is minor, comparing to the hours that I used to wait for in the past. They have several doctors taking care of the patients, wonderful staff and personnel. Overall a great experience. I will definitely recommend it and come back.

They are fast and they know what they are doing which gave me confidence and have also referred to my friends and family. The staff was very courtesy and friendly. The wait time was a little long for having little patients. There was 3 people ahead of me and i waited an hour to see the PA.

I really liked my doctor she was a friendly and attentive and sweet. She made me feel comfortable and was sympathetic. I wish I remembered her name. She was a Caucasian woman with red hair. The front desk was very friendly as well.

I WAS VERY Impressed with my experience in the Queens office, the staff was exceptional,I will recommend this office to all my friends.This was my first visit, I was tested for a DOT physical and felt more than comfortable. This Centre is great, proffessional and very helpful. Prices are very affordable and service is excellent. I totally recommend it to anyone. One of the best things is, they accept Walk-Ins which was terrific, they will help you out in matter of minutes.

I'm more of a positive person and consider myself to be in good standing health wise. So when I woke up in need of medical attention, it was reassuring to know that I didn't have to wait until Monday after work to see my primary physician or go to the ER. Stat-care was open early on a cold Sunday morning and took care of me immediately! I also received a phone call confirming my follow up 3 days in advance. Thank you.

It was one of the most convenient and comfortable experience for me and my family in any such medical centers. The quality of care is extremely high right from the reception desk to the paramedical and medical staff. They are thoroughly professional and very cordial. I did not face any problem in registration, filling forms and getting the medical checkups and tests done. The most important thing is that you dont need to wait for long time,the staff takes care promptly. The doctors are very nice and know what they are doing at best. I highly recommend to use the excellent services of statcare walkin at there any center,though I went to Astoria that is very conveniently located for you to reach.
