Though the wait time was long, I did not mind as the staff was professional and the PA friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions thoroughly. The small talk can be reduced, but I appreciate the effort.

It was quick and efficient, exactly what you want from an Urgent care.

I'm so grateful for StatCare. They are close by, don't require an appointment, and there was a very short wait to see a PA. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend this office in the future.

Wonderful peolpe with a great customer service

Front Desk was very helpful as I didn't have the correct insurance card with me and she was able to locate it directly from the insurance carrier's website. Doctor was very comforting and clear in the explanation on care and followup. Nice to know this is in my neighborhood.

I love when I make my appointments with Statcare, because I know I'm in and out. I love the quality of care, provided by the doctors, and the service given. The staff has excellent Patient relation and hospitality skills.

The service was overall great although I would have appreciated a more detailed explanation from the doctor that saw me first to validate my vaccination records and run some tests. She came to meet me in a real rush and ended up confusing me. Luckily, the assistants were kind enough to explain further and provide additional guidance. This definitely saved me time and headaches!

Excellent, caring visit

I found it to be very clean, the service was quick and I was satisfied with the outcome. This was so much better than going to the ER and waiting for hours.

One word BRAVO but I'll give details quick friendly to the point of patients issue follow up meds all good in my eyes BUT yes BUT how can front desk allow a person to come in with a DOG we may have allergy area becomes more unsanitary still BRAVO

Hi I have to honestly say I love the idea of being able to walk into the doctors office with no appointment or even a long long tedious wait to get helped. I had a physician that when I was sick called to try and come in the same day tof get treatment but always instead got a run around to come in on another day with appt. I have to also say even though sometimes you get an intern Dr, they still know their stuff and pin point diagnose you. Of course if you still feel uncomfortable with themy being an intern there is always someone that is a Dr with years of experience. I really appreciate the quality and service this facility puts in for each patient. Very friendly and helpful staff will definitely recommend to anyone who is sick and needs to be treated real quick without having to go to hospital.
