Statcare urgent care center is very convenient and professional. I have been there several times whether it has been me needing care or my children. The wait is very limited. The staff professional, Doctors very imformative, all around quality health care.

You guys made a bad day be a good one. I was greeted warmly and me feel welcomed. The original pharmacy whom i opted to have my medications sent to closed before I could get to them. I called to have my prescription re-routed and without drama or hessitation it was done. Thank you! Highly recomend Hughly recomend

Very comprehensive care. I twisted my foot, they had an X ray on site. But they're not excessively commercial, the Physicians assistant gave me a referral to an outside Xray spot that had a branch near my home. The PA's are very caring and oriented around the patient's health. The hours are seven days a week. I didnt think modern medicine could be like this: patient oriented, affordable and accessible.

I dropped in after being sick for a week. I did not have to wait long before I was called back to start my check in. Once in an exam room it took a little bit longer for the doc to come but considering it was close to the end of the day for the clinic and the amount of people who were there it was not too bad at all...approximately 15 minutes. The doctor was quick with me but also extremely attentive. She made sure to stop whatever she was doing to really listen to what I had to say and what my symptoms where - I really felt heard! and that I was being seen as a person and not just anther number. I also really liked how two docs or maybe the doc and a PA came in together so one could do what was needed on the computer while the doc was examining me - that helped the doc to be able to really pay attention and for the to be efficient. The facilities are basic but very clean and comfortable. They also have electronic prescribing so I only had to wait 5 minutes for my scrip when I got to my pharmacy 10 minutes later. Highly impressed!! - will definitely use them again if I need to see a doc and am unable to see my PCP. All other staff were also very friendly and caring - wonderful place!

I always enjoy this clinic. It's clean quick and everyone is pleasant and courteous. The most I like about coming here is that the staff always makes me feel as if they care about me and always seem concerned about my ailments. This is one place I never feel rushed or pushed out the door in a hurry for the next patient. The doctors take their time to diagnose and make sure that I understand what is going on with me. Thank you all for taking care of me when I don't feel well.

Whenever I've come into the office, the staff is friendly and welcoming. I have never waited for more than 20 minutes. Dr. Jain really listened to my concerns and I didn't feel rushed. I would definitely recommend Statcare for any walk-in medical needs.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. On Wednesday, March 4, 2015, I went to this urgent care due to my high fever and sore throat. As soon as I walked in, the staff was more than helpful, and the paperwork was minimal. They were more than accommodating. They were quick and with treating me, and the nurses and doctors were very thorough.

The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the fact that my when my initial health issue was taken care of, the doctor cared enough to inquire about my general health. Since I currently have no primary care physician, I am glad that she did blood work, etc. and is getting me on track to a healthier me.

I was seen quickly and the intake nurse was friendly and efficient. It was also my birthday that day (great day to be sick) and she wished me a happy birthday. My doctor, Dr Jain, was very nice and knowledgeable and talked with me about my concerns and needs. Would definitely recommend for anyone who cannot get into their regular doctors office in a timely fashion when they suddenly become ill, or for those without a primary care physician!

My experience at urgent medical care was very pleasant. I barely had to wait long to see a doctor. My doctor was very kind and made me feel completely comfortable. She very well explained my maladies to me and made sure to answer any questions I had.

I've been in on 3 separate occasions over the last 6 months. The doctors and staff are all incredibly caring, courteous and helpful. The wait is never too long but they don't rush you in and out either. I'm really glad I found this place. It's a great alternative for when you need to see a doctor urgently.

Everyone there is extremely friendly and professional. I felt taken care of. On my follow up appointment I was clearly remembered by the staff and made to feel welcomed. The wait time was also very short. My usual doctor I go see has horrendous wait times even with an appointment. Here I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time.

This was my first experience at an urgent care center and I have to say it was a pleasant one. The staff at this center is friendly and welcoming. The doctor is pleasant. I didn't feel rushed and all my questioned were answered.
