Very pleased with the care they gave me.Place was very clean and the staff was so patient and kind to me. Dr Alfonso Azucar and his nurses were very supportaive while I had stitches put in my finger. I would highly recommend them .

Very nice front desk receptionist, helped me fill out everything I needed. Was seen right away by a very nice NP for all the normal weight, pressure etc. Dr. came in with an assistant and a trainee, all very nice. Dr. listened to what I said and I wasn't rushed through. He took time to answer questions. Good place to go if your not feeling well, very caring office.

I am so confident in your doctors, I come to you all the time. Thank you for being quick and efficient. My last visit my tonsils were enlarged and affecting my breathing and I was given 2 shots and was fine. Keep up the good work and I will definitely always come to you. Thank you again!!!

The staff was amazing as usual! I met a a Physician's assistant for the first time this morning, and she was great. Explained to me what she was doing and kept asking if I had any questions or concerns. She introduced me to the two P.A. students as well. As always a pleasant experience. The two gentlemen who took me back to the exam room and took my vitals/checked my medical history were friendly and professional. The entire staff has a great bedside manner. My family and myself will return if needed in the future.

Way better than service in city. I had to get MMR Vaccine shot and my primary doc told me to go to Brooklyn but I knew if I go to Brooklyn it would take me hours and hours so I decided to go here and within less than an hour I was back home

I visited StatCare in Hicksville this past Sunday morning, and was cared for in a gentle and caring manner from the moment I entered the office until I left. The morning seemed busy, and yet staff pitched in and extended themselves so as to help patients avoid extensive waiting room time. From the receptionist through and including Stephanie, the physicians assistant who saw me, (and her lovely assistant who reviewed computer information) all were friendly, professional, and very informed. I was most impressed with their level of expertise and warm dispositions. I would highly recommend this office for anyone needing medical attention or standard tests, physicals, etc. StatCare sets the bar very high for walk in medical care, and you can be assured of the best care possible. Thank you to all at StatCare! Truly wonderful people!

I got burnt very badly so we went to this urgent care immediately. As soon as I was walking in I started feeling dizzy. The receptionist greeted me and she figured I was passing out she immediately left her chair and hold me along with my brother and took us in immediately. The doctors nurses and all the other medical staff in the office were spectacular. Everyone was immediate in their part and treated my second degree burn with so much care and love that I felt my own family was with me. From giving me water to patting my burn with ice while the others were busy with applying cream and giving me IV. I am so blessed that I chose this urgent care. Each and every person in this urgent care is a God sent for patients. I am so thankful to the staff and doctors I will forever be indebted for their service. Thank you Jaz and Dr. Jain, along with you all who have helped me to get back in my feet. Thank you

I went to Statcare yesterday as my local doctor is closed on Saturday. I received great service. From the intake receptionist, to the medical assistant, to the doctor all were welcoming,professionally friendly and worked to make sure I was taken care of quickly and efficiently. The offices and exam rooms were neat and clean. I will definitely recommend Statcare to my friends and family.

I walked in with my 95 year old dad who had fallen out of bed that morning. He had a laceration on his brow and a bruised nose. The wait was a bit longer than expected but not terrible. The girl at the front desk really tried hard to have him see as quick as possible. Everyone was so helpful, starting with the front desk. Very caring doctos and assistants. Very good care, very thoughtful caring people. Thank you!!!

I have quite a few medical conditions and when I get sick I usually go to my pulmonolgist. As I was leaving that night for a weekend away I knew I wouldn't get an appointment. So I came here, at first I wasn't happy because I was trying to check in and had trouble. Honestly I was thinking of leaving but then one of the girls helped me, I sat for maybe 5 minutes and was called in. Not knowing me the dr preceded to ask why I was there and I gave him my symptoms andmy history! He listened and ordered what he needed. After a breathing treatment we chatted for a bit, I was not rushed out of there and I think the dr and staff were great!
