The young lady at the front reception desk (I think her name was Erin) was very clear and thorough in explaining the paperwork which I had to fill out. She couldn't have been nicer or more professional. The staff members who actually conducted the various tests required by the CDL physical were very matter-of-fact and no-nonsense, but in a very pleasant, patient, and professional way. The price was right and, although the office started to get busy at one point, the whole procedure took about as much time as I expected it would. The facility itself was conveniently located, spacious and comfortable, and impeccably clean.

I am very happy to respond to this request for the treatment I received for dehydration due to labrynthitis medication. This is a great alternative to Visiting sn E.R. The care is great and the staff polite and caring. I would visit sgsin! My only suggestion is at times no one is available to tske X-rays,

The experience could not have been better. I came in after making the appointment that morning and I hardly had to wait at all. Caitlin at the front desk was extremely helpful and communicative and made the preparation process very simple. Zulaikha was wonderful as we prepared to see the doctor and she also was very helpful and communicative. The doctor was quick but effective and the discussion of my illness and what we needed to do to address it was very well done and I left Statcare knowing what I needed to do. I could not have been happier with the experience and the outcome.

Came in at 7pm and was taken care of immediately and well cared for. Staff was professional and friendly at the same time... never an easy balance, especially at the end of the day. Recommended!

Ths was my first visit to Statcare Urgent. I was at work in Astoria and needed to get help, someone at work suggested Statcare. I was very impressed with the care given . The experience was exceptional. Everyone knew their jobs, they were very caring, the location was very convenient to my work place. I have other medical issues and take a lot of other medication and the Doctor was very patient explaning why I could only take the medication she prescribed. I would definetly recommend Statcare Urgent & Walk-In and I would most definetly go there again.

This location is easy to get to. The reception staff is welcoming and reassuring, and I have never had any problems getting in quickly to see a doctor. The medical staff are professional and have a lovely bedside manner that always puts me at ease no matter how ill I am feeling.

i totally loved my experience coming to your medical center. I t is my first time using a facility like yours for my medical care. The convience and easy access to your business, the hours are on my time, and the expertise of the doctors and medical assistance is superb! My only recommendation for improvement would be upon checking in and signing in i felt as if no one knew i was there. I waited 20 min before being greeted ,truth is i was going to leave after the 25 minute mark. nevertheless i nervously waited it out and iam glad I continued to be seen and treated. Thank You for serving my community.

I was called in quickly , didn't have to wait at all , very professional , they forward your prescriptions for you to whatever Pharmacy you get your medications at , Everytime I go they usually see us fast , I also bring my 3 year old son and husband when they aren't feeling well. Over all great experience

My husband and I had two visits at Statcare, during both visits we were so impressed with the attentiveness and care of the doctors and staff. We had many questions and Dr Jain was very knowledgeable and so patient with us. I have never felt more comfortable and cared for at a doctors appointment.

My Experience at Statcare was Exceptional to say the least. Arrived at Facility to have a CDL Medical and immediately was impressed by the Associates at the front Desk, They were courteous and insightful as well as very pleasant. After the necessary paperwork I was taken in to be examined this too was easy and stress free. The Doctor performed the CDL Medical and in doing so kept me informed as to the Regulations but also the Value of this important part of maintaining My CDL License. This Experience is the main reason I will return to the Statcare Facility for all My Future Medical needs Thank You Peter Sharkey.

Ive been going to urgent care every month for almost a year now. In that time I've seen Dr. Singh for every appointment. She has been professional, courteous, and exceptionally accommodating of all my needs. The staff are all friendly and always have me in to see the doctor quickly. I have been consistently impressed by the quality of care of the entire office, particularly my doctor. I would highly recommend their serices to anyone I know.

Unlike a visit to my primary care physician there was virtually no wait time to be seen. In addition, The PA that saw me was very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I highly recommend this facility.

Dr Priti Jain is one of the best doctors we have been to on Long Island. We typically go to our primary physician in Huntington and the only reason we went to her office was to get our physical for our immigration but after our interaction, we have decided to switch to Dr Jain as our primary care physician.

I have always been satisfied when being treated at Statcare . This last time while in the waiting room I observed a very efficient, professional young lady working at the desk. She was a great Multi Tasker, politely helping four patients issues at the same time. When asked for prices on services , she didn't have to look it up . She had the information & prices on the tip of her tongue. A very nice clean facility. The only problem is parking.

We love our pediatrician, however the wait time can be over an hour and I just couldn't have my sick son waiting to be seen. At Statcare the wait time was less than 10 minutes. Staff was very nice and friendly. Dr.Priti Jain was very friendly and made my son feel comfortable and safe while she was taking care of him. I would definitely recommend her and her staff and I would continue to use Statcare. Thank you!

Dr. Priti Jain is a wonderful doctor. She was caring.thorough and listened to every concern I had. She provided me with verbal and written instructions on my condition. The whole experience was great! The front office was polite and friendly. The wait to see the doctor was not long at all.

No appointment was Neccesary Dr. Priti Jain was friendly & knowledgeable. His staff was also great. Visit was quick and easy. I was able too take care of all my travel vaccines. I would definitely recommend.
