I have been a patient for over ten years, seeing the doctors for many many reasons. I have always been treated with respect. The actual medical care is absolutely top notch. No matter what my problem, I always start here. They always know how to help and what steps to take. To go anywhere else is a mistake. The staff is always willing to do whatever it takes to give the patients what they need.

The service was handle with care. Everyone was friendly , it was wonderful & fast service.

Had to visit Statcare on Easter Sunday. It's comforting to know that they are open 365 days a year. Unlike my primary Dr. Where it can take up to three months to be seen. I have visited Statcare 3x in the past 2 years and have always received excellent care.

The wait time was a little long but the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

In recent years, almost every hospital in NY has started to require all vendor representatives to provide TB test results. It is a process that requires a second visit. I am grateful to have found a practice that makes this process quick, painless, and cost effective. Bravo StatCare. See you same time next year!!!

The best urgent care I have been to yet! The staff was excellent and provided a sincere concern towards health and awareness. The service was quick and I felt very comfortable from the time I walked in the door.

I had a very pleasant experience at your office. Dr. Jain was friendly, caring and concerned. She was patient with me trying to get my blood pressure reading. She prescribed medication for me to take. She thoroughly explained why she was prescribing the meds and what the meds will help with. She also told me to follow up with my family doctor. Thank Kevin

My son had a fever of 102 and the staff took great care of him and didn't allow us to leave until they were sure of the diagnosis. Overall great service and and after care check up! I would recommend this clinic to everyone.

Me and family were doing immigration health check. All staff from the front desk, doctor, and the X-ray room were giving us very excellent service, they are full of caring. The place were clean, including the restroom. So that I'm giving you 5 stars.
