As always, i was totally satisfied with the care provided by the entire staff. I never feel rushed and always feel that I have had a thorough and complete examination. On a separate not your PA Student, Alex, has a fantastic bedside manner and is a natural. He will be a tremendous asset to any office he works in.

Visited the statcare today. I don't think I even waited 10 minutes before being seen which was great because I was feeling really awful. Everyone was very nice. Very friendly and they worked quickly and efficiently to figure out what was wrong with me.

To begin, since I live close by in Hicksville the facility was convenient and the hours of operation allowed me to go in before work and without an appointment. The staff from reception to examination were very cordial, pleasant and professional. The examination rooms were clean. The PA (sorry I can not remember her name) was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and gave a full explanation of her diagnosis and plan of treatment. All in all, it was a very positive and pleasant experience.

The staff and doctors at stat care are all good caring and helpful people. They make the visit easy and make you feel comfortable from the time you walk in until the time you leave. There is very little wait time if any at all. The doctor even remembers my son by name. I would highly recommend the office to anyone.

Wow everything is excellent at Statcare! The staff is extremely professional and very pleasant. I have a regular MD who is not in Statcare that I have been going to for years but sometimes I need to be seen when he is not around and my regular primary amD is very happy that Statcare is there when I need to be seen. I also go to Statcare for my DOT Medical Examiners Exam for my CDL-A (tractor trailer) licence. They are very thorough and know all of the DOT rules and regulations making the process of getting the exam done and reported to the proper authorities when done trouble free. The place is very clean and nice to visit as well. Not too expensive and takes a lot of insurances also. All without an appointment!

The location was very convenient. In addition, this location consisted of friendly staff and helpful advisers that took my symptoms into consideration and performed accordingly. One such individual was Amana, who had greeted us with a positive and caring attitude. Over-all, good quality of care.

It was a positive experience. I had about a 15 min wait. I had to get a flu shot and PPD. The staff is very friendly. I have been to this location about 5 times already.
