The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly and the same can be said for the medical staff.

Very organized office and staff was extremely nice!

Excellent Service. My wife and I were seen promptly and subscribed medication all within 45 mins. Highly Recommend!!!

Very sweet receptionist , easy to understand , and made everything very clear

-The staff was friendly and polite, the front desk even offered me a bottle of water while i waited to see the doctor. -The environment was clean and neat like a regular doctor's office. -Registering my personal and insurance information was quick and easy using the ipad and the urgent care app. -Wait time after registration was very little about 20 min or so. -The doctor who saw me was very friendly, knowledgable, and engaging. During the examination, the doctor asked me several times if i had any additional issues i would like to discuss with them. -The scripts written by the doctor were sent to the pharmacy (CVS) in the same plaza electronically, which i find to be extremely convenient. -Just a FYI, Urgent Care is considered a specialist not a PCP so the co-pay will vary if you have one. I dont want to take away from the service they provide but it is good to know what you will be expected to pay for the cost conscious. -I will use Urgent care again becuase of the convenince they offer as well as speedy service while still providing quality patient experience and care. Statcare was amazing along with their amazing staff, courtesy, they take your input seriously and it was fast and easy. Way better than most places. I will definitely keep using Statcare Hicksville as my go-to Urgent Care facility.

I had a wonderful experience. Fast and easy and they actually listened to what I said and even told me what's is wrong. Instead of handing me meds. I love the quick check in. And most important your staff is amazing!!!

Came to Statcare for a DOT physical. The girls behind the front counter were terrific. Great personality and very helpful. All dr offices should have people like these. The drs were good giving the physical and very friendly. No problems. The price was also great! I will tell my friends about Statcare. Thanks, Ken Williams

I had to wait a little long but that was due to an unfortunate incident. The service was great and very friendly staff.

Excellent experience. Would DEFINITELY recommend this office to others. Receptionist was very nice. Blood pressure guy was calm and welcoming. Got my vaccine from Sharjeel Shaw and it did not hurt! The guy that was with him was very knowledgeable. I was very comfortable. No complaints!

I was given excellent care, everyone was pleasant and helpful from the secretary at the front desk to the nurse taking my medical information and vitals to the PA that took care of my injury. I would definetly go back again and refer urgent care to family and friends. I did not have an appointment and it was my first visit to this facility but had no wait to speak of. Good to know excellent care is so available in my area!

You are conveniently located to me and the care was more than adequate. Reception friendly and caring office was clean and presentable. Felt I was in good hands.

The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. I was seen right away with no wait. The doctors on hand were very knowledgeable and was very professional. I would return here and recommend any friends or family.

Great experience. The lady at the front desk was very nice. Even offered me water while I waited which I have never been offered at any other urgent care. So that was a nice touch. I was seen very quickly which typically takes forever at these kinds of places. The man that took my vitals was nice. The doctor who saw me was thorough and took her time. Didn't act rushed or act like she had more important things to do. So all in all I would not only come back again if I ever need to but also will recommend it to others.
