My work is high risk. I work with animals and no matter how careful you are, or gentle & sweet the patient-stress & pain can cause any fur-baby to become aggressive suddenly. At stat care, from start to finish it's a pleasure. The front staff is helpful & welcoming. The nurses aid rocks as well as the other support staff. They are caring, understanding & explain every step making sure you don't have any questions. A special thank you to Frank, Yasmine and Samantha. I'd refer in a heartbeat!

I have been to Stat Care a few times . Everybody is always friendly and very helpful. I feel very comfortable and always satisfied with my care there. i Would highly recommend this Urgent care office to anyone who needs a Doctor. I wish they could be my primary care Doctor. I feel very comfortable with Stat Care over my Primary Doctor.

Statcare is near my home so it was convenient for me to just walk right in. There was minimal waiting time and the staff was courteous. My husband had been here before, but this was my first time. The doctor gave me an antibiotic so hopefully it will cure my cough. Was pleased with the experience.

Fast and easy.

My reasons for going to Statcare was that I knew that my primary care physician's office was not open on Sundays and, I didn't want to go to the emergency room to wait a whole day just to be seen. This is my second time I've visited the Hicksville faculty and I have to say the staff is outstanding. You walk in and you get an immediate greeting and smiles that tells you that you're in good hands. You're asked your name and if you've been there before. If yes, the receptionist will ask if your information is still the same or has there been any changes. If no changes is needed your next step is to take a seat in the waiting room. The reception area and the waiting room are warm, comfortable, clean, and well organized with plenty of magazines to read, and a television to view until a medical technician comes to escort you to one of the examination rooms which is warm and comfortable, asked me what is the reason for my visit and took my vitals. Soon after, Dr. Jennings entered the room, warmly greeted me then introducing herself, a colleague, and another technician that also entered exam room after her. Dr. Jennings then proceeded to ask the right questions to help determine the best approach to diagnosing my illness. She gave a gentle and calming atmosphere as she listened attentively to what I had to say. All and all I have to say that Dr. Jennings and the staff at Statcare are excellent alternative then going to an emergency room, or waiting to get in to see your primary care physician when your too ill to wait for an appointment. Dr. Jennings, you and your staff keep doing what you're doing! You have my endorsement.

Comfortable, helpful staff and convenient.

Dr piriti was very kind and attentive. I would recommend her to anyone seeking treatment. She was informative and provided me with options and education material.

The facility is clean and the staff is really friendly. I liked that when one of the ladies at the desk had to talk to me about a bill, she called me over, spoke to me quietly, and was very nice. She did everything to keep my situation confidential and assisted in getting it resolved. That was so great. I discovered the place when my job moved us to a new location. It is so convenient. I can pop in if I'm not feeling well right after work. Really great!

I have been a regular patient of Dr.Pristina for about a year now. She is an outstanding doctor. She always takes time to let me know I am a priority. In my experience that is rare these days. The staff at Stat care in Hicksville is also top notch and extremely friendly. Prices are fair and affordable. Overall I highly recommend this facility.

Great - quick and easy

I have been suffering from choculitis for quite some time. I was told by Kevin to come through to this urgent care to get checked out for this rare condition (1/10000000). The receptionist, Siddhi, was real nice, respectful and despite being inundated with multiple tasks (which are a lot for one person to handle), she was able to check me in to be seen at a very fast rate. I was triaged real quickly by Christina. She was real nice and down to earth person. The provider, Sharjeel, thoroughly, asked a detailed history and did a real in depth physical exam. He verbalized throughout the exam which i really appreciated. I dont like when men touch me. He did offer to do a digital rectal exam but I declined. He treated my condition which I am forever grateful for. He told me to have vanilla. When the provider saw me, i noticed two other individuals. Both young men greeted me and politely asked for my autograph. I kindly refused. Asides from that, they were real respectful and I hope tthe best in their future. Those three men need to do squats as well. All in all. I appreciated how efficient it was being a patient at Statcare. I hope I come back to this urgent care , to have my travel vaccines. (Nice graphics) and if i get sick. If this is discussed in the huddle. Enjoy your day and smile.

In my opinion, I thought the staff was VERY efficient and friendly. They were knowledgeable......and since I am still alive highly successful. I would use them again in a second.
