Dani was awesome!!!! We are out of town buyers so having a reliable agent was a must! She must have made 25 calls between us the seller,the bank and person I had check the house! Jane Eurek was highly professional and easily accessible. I am recently divorced and had to sell our former marital residence. Jane dealt with my ex-spouse extremely well. Because of her knowledge and pragmatic approach, (and with my son's help), we were able to complete this sale even when my ex and I disagreed on many things. Jane knew what was needed to get this sale done, did not have us make unnecessary expenditures to get a fair price.

Hands down the BEST. Do not waste your time trying to work with other realtors (we did). Dickerson Nieman is top of their game and class. We had absolutely the best home buying experience. Frank took time to really get to know us and the needs of our family. He went out of his way to show us Rockford in its entirety so we could get a feel of where we wanted to be. Frank and Tonya were a dream when it came to communication - emails and voicemails to guide every step and progress updates. People, you are in good hands with these folks. After we purchased the home, they go the extra mile to help us with referrals for our various needs (fence, electric, etc). We had the best experience and are sincerely thankful to Frank and his team.

Kathleen was an excellent realtor. She made buying home much easier than I expected. Before I started the process, I have read a ton of google advices on how to's. I'm kinda anxious about the process as it seems long and complicated. Byron Conover referred me to Kathleen based on his wonderful experience with her in acquiring his first home in Rockford. With her, it was really a breeze going through all the process. She's very dedicated and honest on finding the right home, like you have a good friend "inside" who works with you. Her support never ended in the closing table, she continued to follow up and made sure everything went well. Highly recommended!

Steve is very good at what he does and he always gave me the feeling that I was his only client. Every house that he found checked most, if not all, of my boxes everytime. He has a great attention to detail and was always very helpful and prompt throughout the entire homebuying process. He always made absolutely sure all of my needs were met and I felt absolutely no pressure at any point to make a decision. He always gave me plenty of space to look around on my own when I was touring a house while still being available if I had any questions which I really appreciate. He answered any questions I had at any time and he took all the stress out of what would normally be a stressful process. Deborah Laudicina is truly a Rockstar. She assisted my husband and I with selling our home. From the very first meeting with her she made us feel like we were all in this as a team. Her "we got this" slogan definitely fits and she delivers. Our selling process took a little longer and Deborah was very patient and understanding with us. She is very transparent and was always helpful with answering our questions and providing guidance. We are So glad we were referred to her.
