My experience was absolutely impeccable. Having to decide to get braces at the age of 50 was a concern initially but was was put at ease with Dr. Hickman during my initial visit. The entire practice from the greetings from the front desk team to each and every Clinical Assistant was truly a great pleasure. And after hearing that Dr. Slania was a Meharry grad, I was completely ecstatic! By far I cannot express my satisfaction and happiness with my decision to come to Hickman Orthodontics. My daughter is counting down to when she'll come to receive her braces and experience the same high quality service. Again thank you all for making my smile great again!!!!

Everyone was super friendly, encouraging, and knowledgeable. I always enjoyed chatting with the orthodontic assistants as well as the orthodontists themselves. The assistants gave helpful advice, especially when getting my braces tightened. I felt comfortable talking to them and the orthodontists. I have sensitive teeth, yet they were understanding and did their best to accommodate this. Questions are always welcomed no matter how many you have. They’re very flexible with scheduling and do their best to fit you in if you have a problem and need to come back in. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to get braces.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the techs and most especially the orthodontists themselves. Though having braces is not the most comfortable experience, but the quality of care everyone at Hickman Orthodontics offered is remarkable. I’m very happy with the outcome and so was my son with his. We would definitely recommend this practice to our friends.

As a 1st time patient in their care & a 1st time user of orthodontic care I observed that the staff was always friendly, patient, & informative on my care about devices & procedures...even with my hectic work schedule ~ since I work multiple jobs at varying times my availability was pretty limited & they were always willing to work around it to complete services at a pace that I was comfortable with in a realistic way with reasonable expectations & deadlines (2yrs as customer & very excited about my results)...I highly recommend their services(especially for my 30yrs & older crowd)

Hickman Orthodontics is a talented and kindhearted practice. From scheduling my first initial consultation to finally finishing my orthodontic treatment, I was treated with kindness and understanding during the whole process. Always greeted with a smile by staff and the Doctors (Dr.Hickman & Dr. Slania) consistently providing great quality of care. They would answer all my questions patiently and dissipated any doubts I had created in my mind regarding my treatment. Truly, they are one of a kind. Great experience! I am an adult who needed braces. The staff and doctors at Hickman Orthodontics were the best. Very attentive to the needs of the patients and the office has a great atmosphere to it. You can see that the people who work there love what they do.

We have been with Hickman Orthodontics for about 7 years with three family members going through the braces process. This is one of the best practices around and we continue to make the drive even though we live in Worthington and have plenty of options in the northern portion of Columbus. The atmosphere is always positive from the minute you walk in the front door until you leave. With our most recent experience, I had switched jobs and finance worked very carefully to make sure the insurance was applied to my son's current treatment so that we were only paying the amount required. It only took one phone call, and everything was completely handled. This experience alone is something you don't find option in healthcare, and I really appreciate the work everyone in that building does, as it does not go unnoticed.

The service I received at Hickman orthodontist was expectational every time I walked in to receive my services they know exactly who I was without even asking my name they already had check me in.
