every since I started being a patient with dr hickman...i felt welcomed and comfortable. i can honestly say for the year and some months that I was seen..NOONE ever treated me mean or unfair. everyone was gentle with the tools..they always have great conversation; and kept me informed every step of the way.

The bottom line is my teeth were in bad shape, but now they look fantastic. I mostly appreciate the staff, though. Caring, friendly, and very good at what they do. On a scale of 1 to 5, I'd say a 10 for sure. ;-)

Kendall just completed her second round of braces and we could not be happier! The staff is just amazing and always so friendly and patient. From when we first came in at age 6 to now getting these braces off at almost 14 we have received nothing but the best care. We could not have had a better experience in the last 8 years. Kendall has already said that it will be strange not seeing her favorite ladies at the office every month. Thank you so much for everything all of you have done. Kendall’s smile is absolutely beautiful!

I can’t say enough good things about these doctors and their staff. Not only are they friendly and accommodating, but it’s so clean and nice in the office. Both of my kids had braces and they always tried to coordinate their appointments, always helping to make it easy for us... if you or anyone in your family needs orthodontic care, I 100% think and feel you should come here!
