I had an absolutely phenomenal experience throughout the entire process. I'm so happy with my smile, and the staff were always friendly and fun to be around. I'll most definitely be recommending others and bringing my daughter in when it's time for her to get braces.

I am completely satisfied with my experience at Hickman Orthodontist! From my first consultation to the time I got my braces off everyone was always so kind and full of smiles. We have been with Hickman Orthodontics for about 7 years with three family members going through the braces process. This is one of the best practices around and we continue to make the drive even though we live in Worthington and have plenty of options in the northern portion of Columbus. The atmosphere is always positive from the minute you walk in the front door until you leave. With our most recent experience, I had switched jobs and finance worked very carefully to make sure the insurance was applied to my son's current treatment so that we were only paying the amount required. It only took one phone call, and everything was completely handled. This experience alone is something you don't find option in healthcare, and I really appreciate the work everyone in that building does, as it does not go unnoticed.

The service I received at Hickman orthodontist was expectational every time I walked in to receive my services they know exactly who I was without even asking my name they already had check me in. Anyone looking for a great orthodontist with great service and friendly associates you have came to the right place.

every since I started being a patient with dr hickman...i felt welcomed and comfortable. i can honestly say for the year and some months that I was seen..NOONE ever treated me mean or unfair. everyone was gentle with the tools..they always have great conversation; and kept me informed every step of the way.

The bottom line is my teeth were in bad shape, but now they look fantastic. I mostly appreciate the staff, though. Caring, friendly, and very good at what they do. On a scale of 1 to 5, I'd say a 10 for sure. ;-)

The ladies were always very kind,informative,clean facility and patient. Our questions were always answered, and easily able to understand. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs orthodontic work. Keep up the great work ladies!!

Kendall just completed her second round of braces and we could not be happier! The staff is just amazing and always so friendly and patient. From when we first came in at age 6 to now getting these braces off at almost 14 we have received nothing but the best care. We could not have had a better experience in the last 8 years. Kendall has already said that it will be strange not seeing her favorite ladies at the office every month. Thank you so much for everything all of you have done. I can’t say enough good things about these doctors and their staff. Not only are they friendly and accommodating, but it’s so clean and nice in the office. Both of my kids had braces and they always tried to coordinate their appointments, always helping to make it easy for us... if you or anyone in your family needs orthodontic care, I 100% think and feel you should come here!

Staff very friendly. Good with children. Place is efficient . Organized and clean. No complaints. Have had 1 child out of braces now a scone one is out of braces and have 1 more with braces. I would highly recommend
