We have had the best experience with Erkis and Hickman Orthodontics. My daughter had her braces for a little over three years and just got them off. The staff is phenomenal. They are always very friendly and the Doctors spend time and do a great job of explaining the process and very patient in answering my questions. As we were deciding the best option for retainers they took to time to ask questions on likes, dislikes and activity to make a recommendation to us. I highly recommend them for orthodontic needs and wouldn't go anywhere else.

From our first visit/consult was an amazing experience. Such friendly staff and caring doctors. Our daughter was so self conscious about her smile, but today she hasn't stopped smiling and so excited about showing it off. What we were told about the outcome well exceeded our expectations. From the moment that I stepped into the waiting room with my son I knew that these were the dentists that we wanted working with us. Since then, I had the wonderful experience of having these technical geniuses work with me and made my braces in my late 40's a positive experience. The staff is warm and fun as are they professional. I recommend this practice to anyone that is looking for a great place to trust your teeth to.

The experience was everything I expected. Dr. Erkis was my orthodontist years ago and the same quality care was provided to my son. The staff is compassionate about their work and you are treated you like family. The office was very accommodating to our schedule. Thank you so much for his handsome smile!

Everyone was very welcoming once I got there. They always had a smile in their face and always treated with friendliness and attentiveness. Everything was very comfortable, starting with arriving there and leaving from the orthodontist. Theh were always Very carful and made sure nothing was harming or aching.. I absolutely love everyone there! My husband and I mostly see Dr.Crawford she is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and they make you feel comfortable. This is my second time having braces and i wouldn't have wanted to go anywhere else. They made me feel comfortable which is a big thing especially when you are 28 getting braces on. My overbite was corrected in 11months and i couldn't be happier!! Thank you everyone!

Their office is top-notch. Friendly staff, knowledgeable doctors, and state-of-the-art facility. Appointments typically are on time, and we're usually in and out quick. My only critique would be the fact that they are so tightly scheduled, it is almost impossible to reschedule if necessary.

We had three children in braces at the same time. The office staff was friendly and we were able to have all three children in the office at the same time. We now are down to one in braces with the third child to get a second set down the road. The staff is always very helpful and I couldn't be happier with the results.

I can not say enough good things about the care I received and the staff in this office! They are incredibly friendly, easy to talk to and committed to the best results possible. They make you feel at home and explain each step of the process. Their warmth and genuine concern makes the whole process more bearable and easy. I'll start by admitting to be a little (a lot) anxious when considering whether or not to move forward with getting braces. After a consultation with Dr. Erkis, the decision was made and my process began. I had absolutely the best experience I could have imagined... Not only were (are) Dr.'s Erkis, Hickman, and Crawford patient with my anxiety and concerns, they were the most professional and as caring a group of folks I've ever had the pleasure to be treated by. The care doesn't end with the Doctors, the entire staff showed a genuine concern for not just myself but every patient. The office staff also are as accommodating as they can be. Any change in my appointments or issues with my treatment were handled quickly and professionally... In summation, I would recommend to any adult, I am in my 50's, or parent looking to begin their child in the orthodontia process to visit this practices and see for yourself the quality of care given to all their patients. I know I'm glad I did...

We have always received friendly and caring service. The orthodontists including their staff are very personable. We have always had a great experience with scheduling, canceling or rescheduling. The treats you receive (i.e. Cookies/slushies) are just another bonus to the service. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for an orthodontist.

This is a great practice to work with. The Orthodontist's are all great and professional. The staff is always kind and easy to work with. Anytime we had issues they always made time to see us. I have my 3 children at this practice and I am a former patient of Dr. Erkis.

Dr Erkis, Dr Hickmanand the staff were all amazing for everyone ,myself and my child.we have been going there since my son was 6 years old just to keep an eye on things,well at 12 my son was finally ready for his braces the whole experience was very pleasant,they explained everything along the way,that was important to me as a parent to know what to expect.And they always worked with our schedule ,which at times were trying because of sports and our work schedule.Well yesterday was the big day ,my son got his braces off it was bitter sweet we have been clients for 8 years and everyone was always so friendly and pleasany, in that aspest we will miss the staff ,but for Brandon he is just so happy and pleased with the outcome .We just want to say thank you for a very pleasant experience! My grandson Mitchell and I had a wonderful experience with the Dr. Erkis, Dr. Hickman, and Dr. Crawford, as well as all the staff, everyone was always very kind, and patient, the whole staff was always very pleasant and smiling, we never had to wait very long to be seen when he had an appointment, and his appointments were always finished in a very reasonable amount of time. And best of all Mitchell now has a beautiful new smile!!! I am very pleased with the results of all the work Dr. Erkis and the while crew put into making sure Mitchell would have such a beautiful smile not just for looks, but for function as well.. We are both very pleased..

We visited two other Orthodontist with two radically different approaches. One office wanted to start immediately with teeth extractions. The other wanted to wait and evaluate as our child grew several years older, with a significantly longer process in the end. Dr. Erikis' office was the only one "in the middle of the road" that wanted to prevent farther shifting and moving of the teeth with a semipermanent retainer while our son was growing. This method gave him a few more years to grow and then start the procedures without any removal of teeth or an excessive lengthy procedure. In our case, this made the most logical sense. The Doctors and staff were always friendly and the appointments were usually pretty quick depending on the procedures. Most averaged about 1/2 hour unless there was extensive work. The have a very good turn around process with an efficient and friendly staff. We had two sons go through this experience and I would highly recommend the care and service that we received. There are reasons why Doctors Erikis, Hickman and Crawford are so good and that is knowledge, friendliness, service and staff.

Thank you for a wonderful experience for both of our children, Peter and Hannah. Everyone is warm and friendly and shows great care for the comfort of the patient. I appreciate how Dr. Erkis didn't rush right into fitting Peter for braces but rather took the cautious and wait and see approach. We felt good about that! Our experience at Erkis & Hickman has been nothing but favorable. A very courteous, friendly and professional staff. The staff is patient and explains things thoroughly. The timeline from getting braces on until getting them off is very accurate. One more child to go and he will be going to Erkis & Hickman. A good endorsement as we would not go anywhere else. Drs. Erkis and Hickman are very hands on and take time to know the patient and family.

The staff always goes above and beyond to make our daughter comfortable. Everyone is extremely friendly and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. Anytime we have a question or concern it is addressed right away. Getting braces is a fun experience with the doctors Erkis, Hickman and Crawford. Before you leave you get cookies in the winter and slushies in the summer. You can't beat that!

Thank You Drs. Erkis, Hickman, and Crawford! My daughter's teeth look wonderful!! She has such a beautiful smile now, but I thought she was cute in braces as well! Very pleased with everyone on the staff from the front desk, to assistants, to the orthodontists who helped with my daughter! They got us in quickly when she had some problems and answered all of our questions. Nice office with a fun atmosphere.There are always cookies and icees to look forward to at the end. We were there for Halloween and the whole office was in costume! The kids really enjoyed that!

My daughter is the first in our family to have braces. So it was a new experience for us. Dr. Hickman & Dr Erkis made sure we were happy and comfortable with the process. The staff was always very friendly and attentive to my daughter. They expertly taught her ways to take care of her braces and her rubber bands. I could never have explained to her how to use all the rubber bands she got, especially the tiny ones! I was very pleased that she was so comfortable with the process.
