The office is very friendly and helpful, everyone that cares for my son was outstanding!!

Everyone is friendly. Everything is explained very well. Knowledgeable doctors and staff. Sometimes took a while for the orthodontist to get to each patient as it's so busy so appointments were long. Would still recommend. Extremely pleased with results.

Hickman orthodontics is the place to go to receive a perfect smile. I couldn’t have asked for a more better experience. The staff and doctors are all so friendly and make you feel welcome. You build such a different bond with each and every employee there. If you want a perfect smile and wonderful comfortable experience, this is the place to go for sure. Excellent care! Everything was explained to us well, and they took the time to explain everything even more thoroughly to our son who was the patient. The staff was always friendly and never treated Krishan like he was too young to understand what was going on or what was being done with his care.

The staff is very friendly and they do a great job of providing the best service and communication to both the patients and parents. Both of my daughters have received Orthodontics services and I always referee other family members, co-workers and friends to Dr. Hickman.

Dr. Hickmans office has a nice atmosphere, there’s never a long wait from your appointment time until you see the doctor, the staff are always pleasant and happy. The work they did on my daughters teeth was wonderful. Everyone was very personable. Dr. Hickman always takes the time to talk about progress and answer questions. Apart from the healthy mouth and teeth benefits, having braces has helped my daughter’s self esteem and her self confidence. I couldn’t have given her a better gift than to feel good about herself and Dr. Hickman and her team have done that.

First of all, I'm so grateful to have found Dr. Hickman Orthodontics, she was awesome! My case was extremely complex and Dr. Hickman handled the challenge with the utmost professionalism. I'm so humble and grateful for her expertise and knowledge. She had to deal with me being so stressed out because of my previous experience with another orthodontist. I was very specific in only requesting Dr. Hickman due to the complex nature of my case. On occasion I had the pleasure of having Dr. Maerz assist and she was wonderful. The amazing staff was incredible and I'm going to miss everyone. I don't want to be specific but the Orthodontist Receptionist along with Orthodontist Assistance would have me laughing every time I would come in to see them for my appointment. The newbies just coming in recently were amazing as well. Please take care of those beautiful little girls and may God continue to Bless you, Dr. Maerz and the entire staff. Staff are so friendly, patient and comforting. My daughter has a horrible gag reflex and all of the staff there have went above and beyond to make each appointment as less stressful for her that they can. So happy we chose Hickman orthodontics!

The experience was great

We love you guys! From start to finish, this process went great. My questions and concerns always got addressed. The payment plan was great. The staff was always friendly to me and most of all, my son. He always loved going in and that's rare when it comes to the orthodontist!! I tell everyone to go to Hickman when they ask about braces. All in all, we had a great experience and will continue to come here.

I have been a patients for years..... when the practice was Erkis and Krystal, then another child went to Erkis and Hickman, now my other daughter was transitioned to Dr Hickman. The experience was never left bumpy after the few changes. Dr Hickman picked up and was supposed to be there to take over. My daughter now has her braces off and at dental cleaning the dentist was impressed how nice my daughters teeth were and the quality of the work. I have one more child to go...... so I’m sure I won’t be gone to long!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We could usually get appointments after school. They create a fun environment for kids and teens.

Always on time of the appointment and everyone is very friendly and nice. They make you feel comfortable and part of the family. They treat me with respect and VIP. I believe they treat all their patients like this. They exceeded my expectations on my treatment!

This orthodontist office is really great with the patients and tell the parents everything the kids are doing and not doing to help achieve straight teeth and smile. Everyone in the office is really friendly.
