So i was very nervous about getting braces but i knew i always wanted them.. I can say that my entire experience with Dr. Hickman was amazing not only did the staff educate me on the proper way and techniques to ensure my teeth are clean but also gave me helpful hints to deal with the pain. In addition to that the staff literally everyone have become more than a staff during my experience they have become my friends. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to make Hickman Orthodontics their number one provider in orthodontic care.

We have had a wonderful experience with this office. They have done great work. There was only 1 tech that was not great. She didnt do good work and she didnt have a great customer service attitude.

Love this office. They where always on time when your appointment was at 830 you are seen no later than 15 min from the time of your appointment. So easy to schedule and reschedule appointments. The front desk ladies where always nice and easy to deal with. They also have the best price in town and I would recommend to use them for all your Ortho care.

Everyone is fantastic at Hickman Orthodontics! They make you feel like family and care about each and every one of their patients. They answer any question you may have about your care and explain all procedures. Young and old alike,they will all get great care from Hickman Orthodontics and staff ! Our experience with Hickman Orthodontics was nothing short of spectacular. From the friendly greeting at sign in with each visit that continued with each tech/service provider that worked on Cooper, right to the doctor that delivered the same friendly care. One of my sons biggest concerns from the start was, “Will this hurt?” He was pleasantly surprised to realize the process from start to finish was always comfortable. A definite plus for us was the financing made available and was explained in great detail from day one. We live a pretty good distance away from Hickman Orthadontics (approximately 1.5 hours) and we have another son needing braces and there is no question about continuing our relationship with them. There are multiple orthodontist offices MUCH CLOSER to our home but we would never consider anyone else for the care of our children’s teeth. Quality of care receives an A+!!!!

As a family of the Reynoldsburg community, we are truly blessed to have Hickman Orthodontics. We have had a positive experience filled with lots of meaningful conversations and laughter all taking place while our son was given the upmost quality care. He was shown patience and was provided with encouraging words that guided him through those uncomfortable times during the process. As we ended our time at Hickman Orthodontics, we left with huge smiles and big hugs given that promise that we could return at any time for one of their fresh baked cookies. My son has had a very good experience with Erkis and Hickman Orthodontics. The staff and doctors are very friendly and courteous. The scheduling is flexible, and we have never had a problem getting in when we needed to, or changing an appointment if necessary. The waiting room and exam area is comfortable and inviting. I always felt comfortable with the decisions made about my sons care. I would definitely recommend them to other people.
