Erkis and Hickman Orthodontics are absolutely amazing! I have never encountered a more friendly staff. In 2 years I never had a bad or even not so good visit. They are always pleasant, accommodating and explained everything. They have a great payment plan, and always offered a treat after each visit. The best part is the day Lexi came in to get her braces off, as soon as she checked in they all said “Happy Getting Your Braces Off Day”! They make you feel very comfortable. I will highly recommend them!

The quality of care we received at Erkis and Hickman was excellent. The initial appointment was handled professionally, as were the subsequent visits. My daughter never complained of pain, or even discomfort. Appointments were always handled timely. Appointment reminders via text and phone call were very helpful. I also liked how they did all brace removals on 1 day. They took pictures and gave the patients treats with a nice water bottle. The office is very modern, brightly lit, and welcoming. And they played good iheart 70s-80s music, I’m thinking for us parents who were waiting! Highly recommend.

Our experience with Erkis and Hickman Orthodontics has been fantastic. Their quality of care, their friendliness, and their availability have all been exceptional. We have had three family members who have received braces from them and we were very pleased with each experience.

Don't really know what to say about the service my daughter received here at Erkis and Hickman Orthodontics because any word I use would be too short of what I meant to say, but I must say that the young man in the middle of the two roses look wonderful, didn't get to talk to him, but I can tell he is an interesting fellow. You guys took care of my daughter from the beginning to the time the braces came out. I enjoyed the friendly environment, the service, of course was superb. My daughter is so happy with the service. I hope you guys continue to take care of my 12 years son who still comes for service. Hope my 5 years would not need braces, but if he does i would definitely bring him to you guys. If I say "Bravo", again, that would be understatement, but I think THANK YOU SO MUCH, would do it.

This was my 3rd child treated at Erkis and Hickman. We could not be happier. She looks beautiful; her smile is perfect! Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and fun. The staff really care about us. Casey told us today how nice it is to see our kids grow up. The office is always clean and comfortable. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thanks to the doctors and staff!!

I can’t say enough good things about the Doctors, office and staff! This was a wonderful experience for my son and myself as well. My son is on the autism spectrum and they handled him and his needs wonderfully! Every office visit was a comfortable experience and any and all questions were answered to our satisfaction! He had his braces on for a little over two years and when he got them off I was amazed with his new smile! So much so that I intend on getting braces for myself now! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or refer anyone to this office for their orthodontic needs!!

We have now just completed our family's final treatment. Dr. Erkis & Dr. Hickman provide the best care possible with their commitment to a perfect final outcome. Both my husband and I and our two children have been patients and we are all very pleased with our results. The office has a professional atmosphere that is welcoming and relaxed, so everyone feels comfortable. The staff is wonderful, too! We are happy to be finished, but we will miss seeing Dr. Erkis and his team.
