Our experience at Erkis and Hickman orthodontiics was fantastic. The quality of care was excellent and everyone in the office was extremely friendly and caring. We will continue to recommend them to everyone!

Dr. Erkis corrected my smile 30 years ago so it was a no-brainer when it came time to find an orthodontist practice for my daughter. He actually saw her every 6 months (at no charge) for 3 years to determine when she was ready. Many practices would have placed them early and charged us for 2 sets. Scheduling is easy, they are always on time and many of the technicians were there when I was a patient. We highly recommend Dr. Erkis and his associates!

I received great services with Dr. Erkis years ago, so I trusted him and his office to provide orthodontic care for my daughter. The staff is always pleasant and provides great customer service to us. They always try to accommodate her school schedule and my busy work schedule for appointments. At times you may have to wait a little longer to be seen for your apt that day, but it's worth the wait.

Treatment plan straightforward and accurate. Easy to schedule appointments. Friendly and caring doctors and staff.

We lost our original orthodontist when he sold his practice. It was a huge ordeal to be in the middle of treatment for my son and have to find a new orthodontist. However, we took to social media asking for referrals and realized that many of our friends were recommending Dr. Hickman. They were not wrong. We received amazing service every time we had an appointment. Dr.Hickman and her staff are wonderfully, friendly and professional. I could not have been more pleased

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Erkis when I had my braces about thirty years ago, so I was happy to send my son to him to have his orthodontic work done. All the staff was very helpful and did a wonderful job. One thing I won't miss is the used bands my son left everywhere(by accident and on purpose). You all did a wonderful job on his teeth.... can't thank you enough!

We have been pleased with everything about the office

My experience was great from the first appointment to the last. They made everything super easy and comfortable. The stuff is very friendly and work hard to make sure everyone is seen in a timely manner. I would recommend this office to everyone I come across they are by far the best at what they do and some!!!

Wonderful staff. My boys love coming here. They really get to know the patient, including their interests. That's not something you see every day. I live an hour away, and will continue taking my children here, even the ones that don't have braces yet!!

Erkis, Hickman, and Crawford are the absolute best orthodontist in Columbus!! Very down to earth, fun atmosphere, caring, warm staff, quick office visits, I mean I could literally go on and on! I don't have anything but GREAT things to say! We have 6 more to go through ortho and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else! The staff is truly genuine. They remember the little things that you've shared personally. If you're on the fence, between here and somewhere else, choose them, you will not be disappointed!!

Friendly, cookies and slushees, easy to get appointments, great hygienists who always took the time to help my daughter with her brace care and brushing and always reviewed with me if needed,,,I always tell my friends about Erkis and Hickman Orthodontics!!!

My daughter Madison had a wonderful experience with Erkis and Hickman Orthodontics! She was kept very informed throughout her orthodontic treatment. The reasons/processes were always thoroughly explained to both Madison and me as her parent. We only had one instance where Madison had a broken wire that needed repair prior to her next appointment, but the office did a great job getting us in quickly to address the issue. Otherwise, her treatment went according to--if not better than--the predicted treatment time schedule. The office is always lively with holiday celebrations, office contests, and client photos. It also has a really neat fish tank and video game in the waiting area! We never felt pressured at any point during our daughter's care. We are VERY pleased with our daughter's beautiful smile! We would HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone looking for a loving and honest team committed to providing their patients with the best orthodontic treatment and the highest level of service.

My experience was great! The doctors and staff were always pleasant and very informative. Before braces I didn't like my smile at all, when I got my braces off I couldn't stop smiling. I'm very happy with my results!
