I was very pleased from check in to check out. The staff was great and accommodating. Very nice and friendly to interact with. I got there early and they brought me back to the operating room immediately after I checked in. I was prepped for the procedure and was well taken care of. Dr. Cook came in and introduced herself and told me about the procedure steps with great detail and answered my questions fully. She was very nice and has a great bedside manner. She got to work and was very informative about what was going on and was attentive to my needs as the procedure went forward. Impressive operation from start to finish! I’m hoping that the postoperative results are just as good as everything else was!! Thanks Dr. Cook!

I was very nervous about how my experience would go when getting a root canal. I was treated with the utmost kindness, compassion, and gentleness. I was asked often throughout my procedure if I was ok and comfortable. Dr.Ratcliff has superb bedside manner. He was also educational as to what he was going to be doing and worked in a timely fashion. Not that I am hoping I will ever need another root canal, but I would definitely recommend Highland Endodonticts to anyone in need of a dental procedure. 5-stars!

First time coming to this establishment and trust me it's all above very very very friendly staff building was very spacious and smell very good. The dentist did a great job numb my mouth with no pain while performing the root canal. The nurse was helpful and concerned about my needs.
