The staff was kind, courteous, and respectful. The office was clean and spacious. If, in the future, I’m in need of their services, I wouldn’t hesitate to go again.

Quality of Care Comfort Friendliness

The staff is delightfully friendly and cheerful. Staff explained what was happening during the assessment, site preparation, and throughout the procedure. Dr. Cook was very good at numbing-4 needles with no discomfort- the area on which she would work. I had a root canal on one tooth with 4 roots involved. The procedure was not painful, and her skilled hands and tools were small enough that my mouth did not require prying uncomfortably wide open. From the quality of care, patient interactions, cleanliness, well-appointed offices, and just the entire experience was outstanding.

The staff, nurses, and doctors provided excellent care during my procedure. Everything concerning the procedure was thoroughly explained and all questions were answered. During the procedure I was comfortable at all times. Everyone was professional and friendly from greeting me when I arrived and through the entire time I was there. I highly recommend Highland Endodontics.

Great experience with Dr. Cook and Brittany! I was in a lot of pain when I went to her for my root canal and very nervous about the whole process. They however were very comforting, gentle, and attentive! While I hope I won't need another root canal in the future, but if I do I will most certainly come back to see Dr. Cook and the friendly and gracious staff at Highland Endo.

I recently had a wonderful experience at Highland Endodontics even though I had a root canal. From the moment I walked in the staff was very welcoming and the waiting area was very clean and comfortable. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Gerrets and his assistant Star. Dr Gerrets took the time to answer all my questions and thoroughly explained the procedure. Star was fantastic and also answered any questions I had. Overall, my experience was great and I highly recommend Highland Endodontics.
