My experience at this facility was a really great experience no pain indicated at this time. The quality of care was excellent the friendliness of the employees especially Dr Bradford and her assistance was excellent the comfort was great the facility was great I would recommend this facility to anyone that needs a root canal

Great experience all the way from appointment to my procedure with Dr Dusty Watts at Highland Endodontics. Sarah at the front desk and Kelsey who was assisting Dr Watrs were friendly and professional. Dr Watts had great bedside manner, very skilled and efficient in doing the procedure. Definitely recommend the center and Dr Watts for Endodontic treatment.

Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable and concerned about me and if I was comfortable. Dr Ratcliff was thorough and considerate of all my needs. Everyone explained the procedure and answered all my questions. I left with all the information I needed to completely heal. Definitely a five star experience.

Everything was amazing… quality of care, comfort and friendliness. My baby was nervous… crying before we walked in and Shaun was amazing at cheering her up and ensuring she would be taking care of with no pain. And that’s exactly our experience! Cook was great! Such professional care and so caring to my baby that was so nervous!

I recently had a root canal done by Dr Cook at Highland Endodontics . I was impressed by the the friendliness of all the staff. Every effort was made to ensure all my questions were answered and all options for treatment were explained completely. I was very comfortable during the procedure and experienced no pain at all . I would recommend Dr Cook and all the other staff wholeheartedly .

First time ever coming in for a root canal. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Dr. Ratcliff was fantastic and talked about each step so I knew what was going on which was great. My assistant Bennett Ross was fantastic and they both made me feel very comfortable with the experience.

I appreciated the kindness and courteous interactions with the office staff, dental assistants, and Dr Ratcliffe’s calming demeanor through the whole process and procedure. My recovery has had very little discomfort and did not need to take any anti inflammatory OTCs to rest or sleep. The instructions for my recovery process was very clear. I feel very fortunate to have had the root canal performed at Highland Endodontics.

I needed a root canal late in the afternoon after finding out my current dentist no longer did them. Highland Endodontics were able to see me and get it all fixed up for me that day so I was no longer in pain. Everyone was so kind and welcoming and truly cared about making sure I didn't leave until everything was better. I could never thank them enough!!

Today was my second visit with Dr. Cooke (I’m a long time Highland Endodontics Pt) Once again everyone was amazing, from the sweet lady at the front desk to everyone in the back. Dr Cooke has such a heartwarming personality, that makes you feel extremely comfortable! She keeps you informed on what she’s doing and whats going on during the procedure. Every person working in the facility was friendly. My procedure was done with great care and professionalism .I was continually asked if I was comfortable & was given time to ask questions before and after the procedure. Expert care! Atmosphere was very relaxing. Procedure started right on time. I was made to feel comfortable the minute I arrived. The doctor let me know how far along the procedure was going , when it was almost done and when completed. He also advised me as to what to expect as far as healing is concerned, meds prescribed and any follow ups. I definitely would recommend Dr David Ratcliff to anyone needing Endodontic care.
