I cannot sing the praises of Highland Endodontics loudly enough! I walked into the office with my mouth still numb from a root canal procedure where my dentist was unable to completely numb my tooth due to a rare nerve that wouldn’t respond to anesthetic. Dr Watts and his assistant couldn’t have been kinder. I was a bit traumatized but Dr Watts explained what he would do (in the same afternoon!) and calmly reassured me that he could numb my tooth effectively. The entire procedure was incredible. I never felt a thing, and ended up relaxed and calm. I am so grateful for the expertise and kindness extended by Dr Watts and his staff.

My experience was extremely positive! The entire staff was very friendly and professional. I was very impressed with the Doctor Who took care of my tooth issue. It was obvious that he was very skilled in his profession. I would highly recommend their services.

I was in a lot of pain and Highland Endodontics got me in for a root canal within an hour of my appointment with my regular dentist. The checkin process was simple, my insurance was contacted & I had an estimate before I even arrived at their clinic, I was taken to a room within five minutes of arriving, and the endodontist came in within five minutes of that. A very seamless process. Throughout the procedure, they made sure that I was comfortable, checked in often, and did everything they could to make the procedure as comfortable as it could be. Discharge instructions were simple and well-stated and so far I have had no need to contact them with any issues post-procedure.

Y’all are absolutely amazing! Reaffirmed why we refer our patients to Highland!! Thank y’all for putting up with me! I know I’m a ridiculous patient and y’all took it like a champ! Dr Watts you are truly awesome! As well as the staff! Hands down the BEST!!

The care given was excellent. I was comfortable during the procedure. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I really liked Dr Gerrets, he was very friendly and I would highly recommend him.

Great experience today. Everyone in the office was very professional and attentive. I also appreciated the fact that I was able to see Dr Ratliff on short notice.

My second visit and everything went just as smoothly as the first. From the time I was greeted upon entering and the quick and efficient checkout, and everything in between, this experience was top notch. Dr. Cook eases your mind and walks you through the whole process. Highly recommend!!!

Very good service, friendly and great quality of care

This is my first visit. When I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with a warm greeting and a smile. Wait time in relation to my appointment time was exceptional. Dr Gardener and his assistant were exceptional also. They helped me to feel relaxed despite my own anxieties because of the procedure. Nice and humor also. I would highly recommend your practice to everyone.

Dr. Cook and Shun were absolutely amazing! They were so patient with my anxiety and very comforting. I highly recommend Highland Endodontics! Shun deserves about 10 gold stars for her bedside manner and genuine concern. Dr. Cook cares about her patients and was able to fix my issue perfectly.
