I had a root canal procedure done yesterday by Dr Olivia Cook. Absolutely thrilled with the experience, after confirming l needed a root canal they were able to fit me in almost immediately so there was no need for me to have another appointment. The best part, NO pain or soreness before, during, after and now 24 hrs later still nothing , everything feels like l was never operated on. Thank you Dr Cook, l will recommend you to everyone who needs a root canal.

Every aspect of my appointment to have a root canal with Dr. Gerret deserved five stars. The staff was friendly and efficient, the office was beautiful and patient friendly with lovely music and a nature channel playing on the television in each patient room. I recently had a wonderful experience at Highland Endodontics even though I had a root canal. From the moment I walked in the staff was very welcoming and the waiting area was very clean and comfortable. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Gerrets and his assistant Star. Dr Gerrets took the time to answer all my questions and thoroughly explained the procedure. Star was fantastic and also answered any questions I had. Overall, my experience was great and I highly recommend Highland Endodontics.

I’m going to say really quick I don’t think my DMD could have been older than maybe late 20’s early 30’s but she knew what she was doing!!! They also stayed with me the whole time and not skipping around!! They know what they are doing!! If you need something done as far as a root canal or whatever else they do and you’re not going to them you are wasting your money somewhere else!! Great Staff and very friendly and my appointment was my appointment meaning as soon as soon as I arrived they called me to the back there was no waiting!! Great Job !!!

Dr. Ratcliff and his staff are wonderful. They greet you with kindness. They inform and educate throughout your entire visit.
