My experience was great. Brittany was very reassuring and made me feel comfortable. I was an emergency work in and I was so thankful that Dr. Brailsford was able to see me. She was very confident and reassuring. The procedure went very smoothly.

Highly recommend Dr. Ratcliff. He has done 3 root canals for me over several years. He has been excellent. He and his staff from the time you walk in he and his staff made you feel welcome. Always checking to make sure I was comfortable or needed anything. Plus, never felt any pain. I highly recommend Highland Endodotics.

Wonderful experience even though I dreaded a root canal. It’s quite a long process but couldn’t have been in better hands . All the support staff were very friendly and laughed at my corny jokes. Dr. Alyssa Brailsford was very pleasant an did an amazing job. Way more to the process than I thought but didn’t rush me or the procedure. The best Endodontist in the business. So glad I was referred to this center. Well worth the drive . Hopefully my tooth will last for many years to come Thank you all.

Hello I have received excellent care from Highland Endodontics. The staff is very friendly and professional. I even experienced a pain free root canal and the tooth did not abscess like the one I had a root canal on years ago. I had a root canal done today and had an amazing experience. I was referred to this office outside of my regular dentist, and I’m so glad I came. The dentist was extremely patient, calm, and gentle throughout the entire procedure. He explained every step along the way, which made me feel very comfortable and secure during the process. I was honestly nervous going in, but the level of care and professionalism made the experience so much better than I expected. I truly appreciate the kindness and attention I received today. I would highly recommend this office to anyone needing dental care!

The friendliness of the whole staff was great. Dr. Cook was very professional. I liked that she as telling me what was coming- - example— a little pinch, some smoke, some pressure. She prepared me. I’ve had a root canal there before with a different doctor. They were also professional. I hope I never have to have another root canal, but if I do, I’ll go there.

Dr. Gerrets and his staff. I visited your Flowood location 2/5/26 extremely nervous and apprehensive. Yet to my surprise, I was met with the friendliest group of strangers! Everyone really did their best to calm my fears - I am truly thankful for that! (I know I was an absolute wreck emotionally) The service was quick, painless and I was treated as if I was the only patient they had. I would highly recommend your service and it’s easy to see why my dentist recommends you guys as well.
