Unexpected root canal The staff from the initial phone calls to the payment was friendly, timely, and professional. Dr. Olivia & her right hand person put me at ease, making sure that discomfort was minimal to none. They talked me through the procedure & answered any and all questions. Dr. Olivia was fantastic and energetic.

The staff and Doctors at Highland courteous, friendly, and very effective throughout this procedure.. I had a root canal at another facility 15 years ago and it was a nightmare so I was dreading this one. But at Highland the entire process went well. It’s the day after the root canal and I have had little to no pain with this!

Everyone was friendly and professional. From the time I checked in with the receptionist and dental Assistant/ nurse, both were kind and explained what they needed from me. I was anxious and my tooth was hurting. I was able to get in that afternoon driving over from Meridian. Dr. Gartenberg introduced himself, was not rushed and explained the procedure in detail using my x-rays. I didn’t have pain during the root canal and didn’t stay numb for hours. He explained what to expect after discharge with pain, antibiotics, mouth irrigation medications, calling him if needed, and when to follow up with my dental provider.

Everyone in the office is super nice and helpful. I had a lot of pain and I was seen that day and was scheduled for my procedure a week later just to let the antibiotics work. Dr. Brailsford checked her root work with xrays to make sure it was done correctly. She checked to make sure the crown was good. The assistant was extremely helpful and made sure that I wasn't too uncomfortable. I felt that they cared. I was given numbers to call if i need assistance. If I ever need another root canal I shall go back. They are fabulous.

Doctor and medical assistant were kind and professional. I did a root canal and fell asleep. Very relaxed process for something we are scared of. I highly recommend the team as a prior Army JAG Specialist and a doctorate in law.

I am a very anxious patient, & had an appt yesterday, July 13th, for a root canal. The Receptionist was kind, & greeted me with a smile, & even asked how our trip over there was. The environment was calming. I saw Dr. Ratcliff, & his assistant, Mia. They are an incredible team! I expressed my concerns to Mia about my anxiety, & she was so sweet, & understanding. She was so attentive to my needs at all times, & helped to ease my fears. Dr. Radcliffe has a calming presence, as well. I had seen him years before & requested him again, due to my great experience many years ago. He explains everything really well as he goes along, & checks to make sure you're doing ok. From the front desk to going back into the chair to have my teeth worked on was absolutely great. Everyone so nice made me feel right at home and through the process the physician and nurse made sure I was comfortable and ok. I’ve had many route canals in my past years but this one was totally different 1 no pain 2 when physician was drilling he didn’t hit a nerve at all In the past yesrs it wasn’t like today. The physician and nurse communicated my likes of interest of hobbies and traveling and it was like we had know. Each other forever. When finished physician listened to me with questions and he answered them well Honestly I wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone to you all. The facility was beautiful and waiting area was really nice Closing the deal of payment was way better than I thought Little less $ than I expected So happy The walk through from beginning to end of what the expenses were going to be were delivered so well Thank you all for getting to me so quickly and thx you all for your time and kindness and hospitality Blessings to you all Alvin Woods

I can not begin to tell you how much I appreciate Dr. Cook and her staff. Dr Dillon sent me to her for a root canal, I was so scared because I did not have any medicine to help calm me down. I have such anxiety when it comes to the dentist. He sent me to her and now I’m back doing another tooth, she calmed me down and did a wonderful job. I have to come back again in a few weeks for a 3rd root canal. Just consider me unlucky when it comes to having good teeth. Thank you, Dr Dillon for your referral and Dr Cook for such an easy procedure.
