Seriously this was the best root canal I’ve ever had. And I know that sounds insane because no one likes getting a root canal — however I’ve had a few and this one by far was the most gentle the most delicate; people were so kind and I experienced the least pain I’ve ever felt on a dental procedure — so thank you so much. My daughter received excellent care. The process from check-in to check-out went smoothly. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. The facilities were clean and comfortable. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and we were given several future appointment options that were not weeks away.

I cannot sing the praises of Highland Endodontics loudly enough! I walked into the office with my mouth still numb from a root canal procedure where my dentist was unable to completely numb my tooth due to a rare nerve that wouldn’t respond to anesthetic. Dr Watts and his assistant couldn’t have been kinder. I was a bit traumatized but Dr Watts explained what he would do (in the same afternoon!) and calmly reassured me that he could numb my tooth effectively. The entire procedure was incredible. I never felt a thing, and ended up relaxed and calm. I am so grateful for the expertise and kindness extended by Dr Watts and his staff.

I was in a lot of pain and Highland Endodontics got me in for a root canal within an hour of my appointment with my regular dentist. The checkin process was simple, my insurance was contacted & I had an estimate before I even arrived at their clinic, I was taken to a room within five minutes of arriving, and the endodontist came in within five minutes of that. A very seamless process. Throughout the procedure, they made sure that I was comfortable, checked in often, and did everything they could to make the procedure as comfortable as it could be. Discharge instructions were simple and well-stated and so far I have had no need to contact them with any issues post-procedure.

This is my first visit. When I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with a warm greeting and a smile. Wait time in relation to my appointment time was exceptional. Dr Gardener and his assistant were exceptional also. They helped me to feel relaxed despite my own anxieties because of the procedure. Nice and humor also. I would highly recommend your practice to everyone.
