For me to say I had an awesome experience during a root canal would’ve been a dream. But I did. I cried not due to pain but of the reverence of my mom who passed 3 years ago and how she refuse to see a dentist to die a bad experience in her childhood. But the pollen allowed me to cry and give me space to release. The procedure went flawless (I didn’t pass out!). 5 STARS

Everyone was very nice Waiting area was very clean and comfortable. They took me at appointment time. No long waiting. Dr. Cook was great. She explained each step before proceeding. The injections to numb area were painless. She kept checking on me during the procedure to make sure I was not having any pain. I didn’t realize a root canal could be done with only minor discomfort. Thanks very much.

My experience for my root canal and crown prep was amazing. Everything went so smoothly and the atmosphere was calming and comfortable. I was at ease immediately and felt right at home. The friendliness of all the staff members I encountered was top notch. My wait time was only a few minutes, then I was taken back to an exam room and made very comfortable. I had a root canal and it was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The staff was friendly, everything was clearly explained beforehand, and my endodontist (Dr. Ratcliff) was amazing. I felt no pain at all. Highly recommend!

Dr. Ratcliff performed my root canal flawlessly. Save for the numbing shots and slight vibration, it was the first time I've ever had 0% pain or throbbing during a dental visit. Very satisfied. Great experience.

Wow what beautiful locations you have! I’ve been to the Madison and Flowood locations and both places are beautiful, clean, up to date, they smell good and not to mention how pleasant the staff was! The dentist and staff both have great bedside manners. They were gentle and kind! I was so pleasantly impressed!

Dr. Brailsford was GREAT! Throughout every step of the procedure, she made sure that I was aware of what was about to take place. She ensured that I was okay and comfortable during the procedure. She felt that she genuinely cared about me. I really, really appreciate that! All staff that I came in contact with were GREAT! This is a place I would highly recommend to others.

Great experience from the moment I walked in the wrong door. Staff assisted me quickly made sure I was ok during the procedure and after. Was nervous for my first root canal staff ensure me it was fine and the stories I have heard wasn’t true. Day 2 no pain will definitely be back for all other procedures even though there were Eagles fan lol my experience was great. Go Cowboys#

Dr. Cook was outstanding for my complex root canal. The staff was friendly and courteous. I was comfortable throughout the procedure. While I hope I don’t have to go back for anymore procedures, if I do, I will go to Highland and Dr. Cook.
