My first visit at Highland Endodontics and was very pleased with the care I received all of my questions was answered and explained in a way that I understood,addressed and assured me of my concerns about my discomfort,anxiety and pain. Dr. Gartenberg was soft spoken,professional,conscientious,thorough with his treatment and concerned for my comfort level during the procedure. “Kudos” to him and the facility having him on staff. Brittany his assistant was very friendly,professional and informative as well about my treatment and what to expect. Will certainly recommend Highland Endodontics to my family and friends and will come again if treatment is needed in the future. Thank You

Always good! They make you feel at ease and answer any questions you have before and during a procedure. I’ve never had a root canal before now and was so surprised how painless it was!!!! Dr. Ratcliff is the best and so are his assistants.

Friendly and accommodating from the moment I walked through the door. Great atmosphere and very little wait time (almost none). If you need an Endodontist, this is the place to go. Recommend 10 out of 10.

Everyone in the office, which is so nice, was very pleasant. Dr Gartenberg was very nice and explained the steps and where we were during the root canal. Much less of an ordeal than I expected. Overall A+.

Excellent on all of the above. Dr Cook is wonderful. Explains everything. Her assistant Shun is wonderful too. Everyone there is warm and inviting. Great experience if you have to have a root canal

I was very pleased from check in to check out. The staff was great and accommodating. Very nice and friendly to interact with. I got there early and they brought me back to the operating room immediately after I checked in. I was prepped for the procedure and was well taken care of. Dr. Cook came in and introduced herself and told me about the procedure steps with great detail and answered my questions fully. She was very nice and has a great bedside manner. She got to work and was very informative about what was going on and was attentive to my needs as the procedure went forward. Impressive operation from start to finish! I’m hoping that the postoperative results are just as good as everything else was!! Thanks Dr. Cook!

I was very nervous about how my experience would go when getting a root canal. I was treated with the utmost kindness, compassion, and gentleness. I was asked often throughout my procedure if I was ok and comfortable. Dr.Ratcliff has superb bedside manner. He was also educational as to what he was going to be doing and worked in a timely fashion. Not that I am hoping I will ever need another root canal, but I would definitely recommend Highland Endodonticts to anyone in need of a dental procedure. 5-stars!

First time coming to this establishment and trust me it's all above very very very friendly staff building was very spacious and smell very good. The dentist did a great job numb my mouth with no pain while performing the root canal. The nurse was helpful and concerned about my needs.
