Dr. Ratcliff did an excellent job on my root canal. He was calm, patient and informative throughout the entire process. I appreciate how he made sure I was comfortable and his attentiveness to my comfort throughout the entire procedure. I Highly recommend Dr. Ratcliff and his friendly staff if you want someone who genuinely cares about your comfort and does outstanding work!

This was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had in a dental clinic. The facility was beautiful and inviting. I was greeted by the most pleasant receptionist, whose name I did not catch. Brittany led me back to the procedure room, with a smile and disposition that calmed some of my anxiety. Bethany cared for me as if I was one of her own, and Dr. Gartenberg was fabulous. His bed side manner was off the chart. He addressed my anxiety appropriately, and gave me the best care imaginable. I am extremely pleased with my experience at Highland Endodontics, Mississippi’s Root Canal Specialists.
