Clean, professional and efficient. My team explained every step in advance and during the procedure. They worked together easily and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I did not even take pain medicine after the procedure. Sounds crazy, but 100 percent true.

For me to say I had an awesome experience during a root canal would’ve been a dream. But I did. I cried not due to pain but of the reverence of my mom who passed 3 years ago and how she refuse to see a dentist to die a bad experience in her childhood. But the pollen allowed me to cry and give me space to release. The procedure went flawless (I didn’t pass out!). 5 STARS

Everyone was very nice Waiting area was very clean and comfortable. They took me at appointment time. No long waiting. Dr. Cook was great. She explained each step before proceeding. The injections to numb area were painless. She kept checking on me during the procedure to make sure I was not having any pain. I didn’t realize a root canal could be done with only minor discomfort. Thanks very much.

My experience for my root canal and crown prep was amazing. Everything went so smoothly and the atmosphere was calming and comfortable. I was at ease immediately and felt right at home. The friendliness of all the staff members I encountered was top notch. My wait time was only a few minutes, then I was taken back to an exam room and made very comfortable. Wow what beautiful locations you have! I’ve been to the Madison and Flowood locations and both places are beautiful, clean, up to date, they smell good and not to mention how pleasant the staff was! The dentist and staff both have great bedside manners. They were gentle and kind! I was so pleasantly impressed!
