On each of the three concerns: quality of care, comfort, friendliness, I rate you an "A" plus. I did not experience any pain or discomfort during the procedure. Both the dental assistant and Dr.Cook were very friendly, and professional. Also, I did not have to wait a long time before being seen. I will have no hesitation or reservation in recommending Highland Endodontics to anyone should the opportunity arise.

Great experience. I am highly impressed. Root canal was a great success. For some one who has great anxiety about going to a Dentist this was the place to go. No pain and great friendly staff. Thank the Lord for y’all and the experience I had.

Beautiful facility. Easy to get to with plenty of parking space. Great front office staff which is sooo important. I have had Dr. Cook for more than one visit. She explains everything and is committed to a pain free procedure. She just has an uplifting personality on top of being a great endodontist. I really liked her assistants and it was nice to listen to the easy communication everyone had. Unlike with procedures of decades ago, I felt safe and knew I was their first concern. If you’re old and grew up fearing root canals, you can rest assured that Highland will be a totally different experience.

For someone that has anxiety about dental work I had the best experience possible. Staff is so friendly. I could tell that it is a good work environment which usually results in happy patients! I will definitely request Dr Cook for future dental work.

Great experience at Highland Endodontics for a root canal. (Considering having to have this procedure) The staff, from walking through the front door, until leaving, were very friendly and caring. Dr. Ratcliff is a wonderful dr., very gentle and asked throughout the procedure if I was doing ok. His assistant was awesome too. I highly recommend Highland Endodontics.

What a great experience at Highland Endodontics! Going to any dental visit has always been full of anxiety for my daughter, but the staff at Highland was exceptionally friendly and put her at ease right away. One thing that stuck out to my daughter was the friendly conversations among the staff while she was waiting for the procedure to begin. She says that when the procedure room is quiet it makes the anxiety worse. She said the ladies having genuinely friendly conversations with one another and with her put her at ease. The facility is gorgeous as well! The waiting room was clean and comfortable. They even had a coffee station to enjoy while you wait. The receptionist was also very friendly and efficient. We waited only 5 minutes before being called back. The procedure lasted maybe one hour and we were in our way. I highly recommend Highland Endodontics!

I really appreciated Dr. Cook getting me in to be treated as a last minute Friday afternoon patient. Friendly staff. Comfortable office. Dr. Cook is great and I had no pain during my entire procedure.

As someone with extreme dental anxiety , procedure was painless. Dr. Brailsford was wonderful and can’t say enough about her assistant Brittany. From the very minor details (that only someone with my level of anxiety would notice) to the procedure itself, they were wonderful!! Would highly recommend!

I was referred to Dr David Ratcliff for a root canal and from the moment I walked in the door the staff was very caring and professional. I have had other root canals but by far this was the best experience. Dr Ratliff and his assistant made sure I was comfortable and free of pain. He and his staff are wonderful. 100% recommend

Very good experience. They worked me in because of the pain I was having. The staff was very friendly. They checked on my wellbeing many times. The doctor was kind, caring and took care of my problem! The best part was watching a documentary about pets that was playing in my room while the procedure was being done!

Everyone I encountered was friendly and accommodating…from the receptionist to the doctor. Dr Ratcliff and his assistant checked frequently to make sure I was comfortable and kept me abreast of the status of my procedure. I would highly recommend them.

I just had my first root canal and was so scared. I had heard stories of other people's experience and was not excited! The staff is awesome. The facility was great and the endodontist was superb. I felt no pain whatsoever. I would recommend this group to everyone I know!

Wonderful with Dr Brown. Confusing with contact. Wrong information. Then confusion and mix up between myself and someone else. Records messed up. Dr Brown very nice about this and kind. It was unfortunate and certainly has nothing to do with her. Problem in the office and communications! Certainly needs some correction . Dr Brown very nice, comforting, and friendly. I felt no pain.
