I was pleasantly surprised. I’ve had one root canal before and I felt pressure when the procedure was being done. I did not feel a thing this time. The staff explained everything as it was happening. I will recommend this office to friends and family!

My visit and procedure went great..the staff was very friendly and sincere to my needs.. the time frame I was in office through out the whole process was faster than i expected..I would highly recommend this place for root canal procedures..

The procedure that was conducted was exact with explanations regarding each step that was necessary. The procedure was lengthy, but I was made comfortable during the entire time. I am highly sensitive to dental pain, and Dr. Cook was attentive to that throughout the entire root canal procedure. She and her assistant kept me informed of everything that was being done as the procedure progressed. Everyone I encountered at the clinic made me feel that they appreciated my being their patient.

The doctor and staff are amazing! Always made sure I was ok and comfortable. I was very thankful for my treatment.

Dr. Brailsford is the best! She and her staff made me feel so comfortable. I had a two part root canal - so had to be deadened twice. But the staff at Highland Endodontics made the experience as good as possible,

I bit down on a brownie that ended up having large piece of glass in it. It severed one of my molars almost in half. I called Highland Endodontics at 2:40 on a Friday and they had me in at 3:30 for an emergency root canal. Dr. Ratcliff is super thorough and it was a 100% painless procedure. All staff was so nice! Highly recommend!!!

The staff was very polite, accommodating, and attentive to my needs and dental issues . The staff and doctors made sure I was comfortable during my dental procedure . I was very pleased and satisfied with the care and treatment I received.

The staff are so kind and polite and explain everything to you as they go and are very accommodating to your schedule! I saw young Dr. Dillion and he's equality as talented as his Dad!!
