Great everyone was very nice and clean and didn't try to rush us.very professional. I have been here before and at the flowood location as well .I see Dr Ratcliffe excellent and seems caring. And the staff as well . I come from Dr Peter bosswell he highly recommended you all when I first needed extra treatment. Thanks again Shannon houck.

Everyone from the front desk to the Endodontist herself were extremely friendly. I was very comfortable and well cared for during my visit.

My experience with Dr Cook and her dental assistant McKayla was the best and that’s coming from someone who has extreme anxiety when it comes to dental work !! I was relaxed and made feel very comfortable if I have any root canal’s in the future Highland Endodontics will be the place I go !! All of the staff are very friendly definitely a 5 star experience

Everyone was friendly and the environment was clean. Dr. Garrets did a great job.

Had a 100% pain free root canal, which must be a “first” in modern dentistry! Dr Cook was fantastic.

Friendly staff, they made sure I was comfortable at all times and explained exactly what was going on.

The staff was very professional. Dr Brailsford and her assistant worked well together and kept me informed during the process. I was pleased with the outcome of the surgery.

Dr. Watts was great! He's funny and makes you feel safe and taken care of. The receptionist and staff were all kind. The atmosphere is clean and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend this place for your dental needs.

I had a wonderful experience Dr Garrett was fast and very good and patient with me! This was my first time ever having work done while being awake the whole time and I knew I was ok with him! Definitely will be back if I need another root canal done!

I appreciated Dr. Cook's sensituvity to what I was experiencing and for how she ans her assistant explained what was going to happen, why, and even the supplies they were using. I especially appreciated how she shared what I should expect to feel each step of the way. The experience was good for the procedure I was faced with.
