Every person working in the facility was friendly. My procedure was done with great care and professionalism .I was continually asked if I was comfortable & was given time to ask questions before and after the procedure. Everything from the waiting area to the examination room was clean and inviting. I would highly recommend Highland Endodontics!

Expert care! Atmosphere was very relaxing. Procedure started right on time. I was made to feel comfortable the minute I arrived. The doctor let me know how far along the procedure was going , when it was almost done and when completed. He also advised me as to what to expect as far as healing is concerned, meds prescribed and any follow ups. I definitely would recommend Dr David Ratcliff to anyone needing Endodontic care.

Went to Dr. Radcliff for a root canal. Very pleased with my painless procedure. He and his staff were very professional, caring, and attentive. Will definitely come back for care here again when needed.

Dr. David Ratliff was exceptional in explaining each procedural step and would ask periodically if I was experiencing any pain. Root canal was performed with little pain as possible. Dr. Ratcliff’s assistant, Bennett, was compassionate and concerned about my comfort, as well as extremely knowledgeable in support to Dr. Ratcliff. Highly recommend!

I want to take a minute to thank Dr. Cook and Candace for the wonderful care I was given yesterday. In fact, everyone I dealt with at the clinic was friendly and helpful. I arrived early and was taken back right away. I had a root canal and had a post installed. I was made to feel comfortable and was never in any pain. Throughout the procedure, I felt cared for. Dr. Cook and Candace seemed to communicate with each other almost telepathically to quickly and smoothly accomplish the work. I cannot recommend them too highly.

I would like to tell you guys how much i appreciate the work you do. I recently had a root canal in your office. I have had root canals before, but never quite like this. From the moment i checked in i was treated with some of the most pleasant experiences you can have albeit i was there to have a root canal. The front desk was very kind and professional. Dr. Cook's assistant greeted me in the waiting area and escorted me back. She interacted with me in a way that put me at ease. Within a few minutes Dr. Cook came in. If you've ever had a root canal, you know that most people are apprehensive. In the past i was not informed of what was going to happen. Dr. Cook went over every thing that was was going to be done including anesthesia, the steps that were involved, the time line and the instruments to be used. She removed the mystery and left me very relaxed about the process. Everything went extremely well. I was never uncomfortable. I appreciate everything that Highland Endodontics did for me. If i have to have another procedure i would not hesitate to choose Highland again.
