First time experience with an Endodontist. Dr. Watts, his assistant, and the office staff were amazing. They were most concerned with my comfort, explained everything in detail through the procedure, and made sure I left with good instructions plus Dr. Watt’s contact info should I have any complications after hours. Their office is clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and in a convenient location. I highly recommend them!

My 11 year old son had a fantastic experience getting a root canal with Dr Cook. We were both so nervous and they were kind and accommodating. Every person we encountered there was professional and positive. He didn’t feel a thing and it was also pretty fast. In and out in an hour. I would not hesitate to recommend any person of any age to use Highland Endo!

I really don’t think anyone is very excited about a root canal but Highland Orthodontics made what most people think would be an unpleasant experience just the opposite. The office is pleasant and I was greeted by a warm friendly receptionist. Dr. Cook and the assisting technician were informative about the procedure and very concerned about my condition and comfort during the root canal. After the procedure I received information about what to do and what to expect and how to contact someone if needed. I would certainly recommend them.

Dr. Brailsford was tasked with fixing a failed root canal with a large abscess at the root. Because of extensive damage to my 'bite'and teeth from a previous dentist, I am usually extremely anxious at the dental office. Overall, I experienced no pain throughout the root canal procedure and very little discomfort on the day after the procedure. I am hopeful that the tissue will fully heal soon. Thankyou from Donna K.

Wow!!! Fast, efficient, and professionalism at its best! We were so impressed with the “fancy” equipment! The dental assistant we had was by far the best we’ve ever had. My experience was excellent! Of course I was very nervous since this was my first root canal. But every person I met was very friendly and reassuring. My dental assistant was very attentive and comforting. Dr.Ratcliff was wonderful, concerned, and provided an excellent quality of care. I relaxed when he started the procedure and realized I did not have to dread it!

I had the greatest experience of a root canal procedure with Dr Watts at the Highland Endodontics Clinic. I have the highest regard for him and his staff. The appt waiting time is within five minutes, the friendly dental assistant escorts you to a dental chair and Dr Watts attends to your dental needs within minutes. His friendly stall and his professional chair mannerism put you at ease and before you know it, the dental procedure is completed. Tadaa!

Staff was friendly and helpful. I didn’t have to wait more than five minutes to be brought back. Procedure went smoothly and Dr. Cook and her assistant were very sweet and professional. They walked me through the process. This was my first time and they made me feel very comfortable. Very thorough with after treatment process, as well.
