All I can say is WOW. Everyone of you were so kind and caring. Dr Gartenberg and the dental assistant were amazing. They made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I was so nervous and they helped ease my anxiety. They were a hoot. I can not thank y’all enough. Best customer service ever.

I want to take a minute to thank Dr. Cook and Candace for the wonderful care I was given yesterday. In fact, everyone I dealt with at the clinic was friendly and helpful. I arrived early and was taken back right away. I had a root canal and had a post installed. I was made to feel comfortable and was never in any pain. Throughout the procedure, I felt cared for. Dr. Cook and Candace seemed to communicate with each other almost telepathically to quickly and smoothly accomplish the work. I cannot recommend them too highly.

I would like to tell you guys how much i appreciate the work you do. I recently had a root canal in your office. I have had root canals before, but never quite like this. From the moment i checked in i was treated with some of the most pleasant experiences you can have albeit i was there to have a root canal. The front desk was very kind and professional. Dr. Cook's assistant greeted me in the waiting area and escorted me back. She interacted with me in a way that put me at ease. Within a few minutes Dr. Cook came in. If you've ever had a root canal, you know that most people are apprehensive. In the past i was not informed of what was going to happen. Dr. Cook went over every thing that was was going to be done including anesthesia, the steps that were involved, the time line and the instruments to be used. She removed the mystery and left me very relaxed about the process. Everything went extremely well. I was never uncomfortable. I appreciate everything that Highland Endodontics did for me. If i have to have another procedure i would not hesitate to choose Highland again.

I could not have had a better experience with Dr Cook and her staff!!!! This was my first visit with her and she made me feel as if I’d been her patient for years!!! Had ZERO pain the entire process and very little discomfort 6-8 hrs afterwards. Hats off to everyone at Highland Endo ❤️

After going to the dentist in severe pain I realized I needed a root canal. my dentist called them and they were able to fit me in that day. From the sweet girl at the front desk to the dental assistance and the doctors, Everyone in the office was so friendly and considerate, and they did a great job I ended up having to have another root canal the same week on a different tooth and they were great. I called and they took care of it. Highly recommend them.
