This is my first visit. When I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with a warm greeting and a smile. Wait time in relation to my appointment time was exceptional. Dr Gardener and his assistant were exceptional also. They helped me to feel relaxed despite my own anxieties because of the procedure. Nice and humor also. I would highly recommend your practice to everyone.

First impression, very friendly and clean atmosphere. Dr and her assistant was very professional, so much respect for each other. The staff is delightfully friendly and cheerful. Staff explained what was happening during the assessment, site preparation, and throughout the procedure. Dr. Cook was very good at numbing-4 needles with no discomfort- the area on which she would work. I had a root canal on one tooth with 4 roots involved. The procedure was not painful, and her skilled hands and tools were small enough that my mouth did not require prying uncomfortably wide open. From the quality of care, patient interactions, cleanliness, well-appointed offices, and just the entire experience was outstanding.

The staff, nurses, and doctors provided excellent care during my procedure. Everything concerning the procedure was thoroughly explained and all questions were answered. Great experience with Dr. Cook and Brittany! I was in a lot of pain when I went to her for my root canal and very nervous about the whole process. They however were very comforting, gentle, and attentive! While I hope I won't need another root canal in the future, but if I do I will most certainly come back to see Dr. Cook and the friendly and gracious staff at Highland Endo.

This was my first visit with Highland Endodontics, my experience starting with the front desk reception who was very professional and the young lady who assisted Dr.Gerrets was very nice and helpful to me because I was very nervous. Dr. Gerrets is the best he introduced himself and explained exactly what he was going to do step by step.the procedure was done very professionally with no issues and it was completely within 30 minutes. I had a root canal procedure done yesterday by Dr Olivia Cook. Absolutely thrilled with the experience, after confirming l needed a root canal they were able to fit me in almost immediately so there was no need for me to have another appointment. The best part, NO pain or soreness before, during, after and now 24 hrs later still nothing , everything feels like l was never operated on. Thank you Dr Cook, l will recommend you to everyone who needs a root canal.

Every aspect of my appointment to have a root canal with Dr. Gerret deserved five stars.
