I had undergone a root canal 25 years ago and it was a nightmare!!! So to say I was fearful going in for my root canal is an understatement. Dr. Cook and her friendly staff were amazing. I recently had a wonderful experience at Highland Endodontics even though I had a root canal. From the moment I walked in the staff was very welcoming and the waiting area was very clean and comfortable. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Gerrets and his assistant Star. Dr Gerrets took the time to answer all my questions and thoroughly explained the procedure. Star was fantastic and also answered any questions I had. Overall, my experience was great and I highly recommend Highland Endodontics.

I’m going to say really quick I don’t think my DMD could have been older than maybe late 20’s early 30’s but she knew what she was doing!!! They also stayed with me the whole time and not skipping around!! They know what they are doing!! If you need something done as far as a root canal or whatever else they do and you’re not going to them you are wasting your money somewhere else!! Great Staff and very friendly and my appointment was my appointment meaning as soon as soon as I arrived they called me to the back there was no waiting!! Great Job !!!

Dr. Ratcliff and his staff are wonderful. They greet you with kindness. They inform and educate throughout your entire visit. The doctor will find the best solution possible, and he's constantly making sure you're okay as he completes the procedure. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Ratcliff to anyone.

Great experience all the way from appointment to my procedure with Dr Dusty Watts at Highland Endodontics. Sarah at the front desk and Kelsey who was assisting Dr Watrs were friendly and professional. Dr Watts had great bedside manner, very skilled and efficient in doing the procedure. Definitely recommend the center and Dr Watts for Endodontic treatment.
