Very friendly and sincere Doctor and staff. My first root canal so I was very nervous and anxious but they made me feel at ease and I can honestly say that the pain level from 1-10 was a 1 or lower. Dr Cook Highly Recommended A+

I appreciated the kindness and courteous interactions with the office staff, dental assistants, and Dr Ratcliffe’s calming demeanor through the whole process and procedure. My recovery has had very little discomfort and did not need to take any anti inflammatory OTCs to rest or sleep. The instructions for my recovery process was very clear. I feel very fortunate to have had the root canal performed at Highland Endodontics.

I needed a root canal late in the afternoon after finding out my current dentist no longer did them. Highland Endodontics were able to see me and get it all fixed up for me that day so I was no longer in pain. Everyone was so kind and welcoming and truly cared about making sure I didn't leave until everything was better. I could never thank them enough!!

Today was my second visit with Dr. Cooke (I’m a long time Highland Endodontics Pt) Once again everyone was amazing, from the sweet lady at the front desk to everyone in the back. Dr Cooke has such a heartwarming personality, that makes you feel extremely comfortable! She keeps you informed on what she’s doing and whats going on during the procedure. Had ZERO pain or discomfort WIN WIN!!! Just an all around great experience!!

Every person working in the facility was friendly. My procedure was done with great care and professionalism .I was continually asked if I was comfortable & was given time to ask questions before and after the procedure. Everything from the waiting area to the examination room was clean and inviting. I would highly recommend Highland Endodontics!

Expert care! Atmosphere was very relaxing. Procedure started right on time. I was made to feel comfortable the minute I arrived. The doctor let me know how far along the procedure was going , when it was almost done and when completed. He also advised me as to what to expect as far as healing is concerned, meds prescribed and any follow ups. I definitely would recommend Dr David Ratcliff to anyone needing Endodontic care.

Dr. David Ratliff was exceptional in explaining each procedural step and would ask periodically if I was experiencing any pain. Root canal was performed with little pain as possible. Dr. Ratcliff’s assistant, Bennett, was compassionate and concerned about my comfort, as well as extremely knowledgeable in support to Dr. Ratcliff. Highly recommend!

I want to take a minute to thank Dr. Cook and Candace for the wonderful care I was given yesterday. In fact, everyone I dealt with at the clinic was friendly and helpful. I arrived early and was taken back right away. I had a root canal and had a post installed. I was made to feel comfortable and was never in any pain. Throughout the procedure, I felt cared for. Dr. Cook and Candace seemed to communicate with each other almost telepathically to quickly and smoothly accomplish the work. I cannot recommend them too highly.
