Hard to believe that going to the dentist was an enjoyable experience but these folks have found the perfect combination of knowledge, technical expertise and just basic professionalism and ambience. Heck I fell asleep in the middle of a root canal. Who does that? Great people doing great work. Thank you all.

The staff was very friendly from the time I walked through the door. The nurse doing the X-rays made me feel comfortable and kept assuring me that the doctor was going to take care of me cause I was in so much pain. The doctor was nice and explained to me everything he was going to do before he did it. He really took good care of me . I hope I never need another root canal but if I do I choose Highland endodontics.

The staff, the hygienist, the doctor went above & beyond to ensure I had the best experience possible. All my questions, concerns were answered AND followed through with. In addition, I have extreme dental anxiety & they were incredibly patient in assisting me with that throughout my procedure.

My experience could have not been better considering having a root canal procedure done . Everyone was so nice and caring . It was quick and efficient. Dr. Brailsford and her assistant were the best. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Seriously this was the best root canal I’ve ever had. And I know that sounds insane because no one likes getting a root canal — however I’ve had a few and this one by far was the most gentle the most delicate; people were so kind and I experienced the least pain I’ve ever felt on a dental procedure — so thank you so much. My daughter received excellent care. The process from check-in to check-out went smoothly. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. The facilities were clean and comfortable. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and we were given several future appointment options that were not weeks away.

I cannot sing the praises of Highland Endodontics loudly enough! I walked into the office with my mouth still numb from a root canal procedure where my dentist was unable to completely numb my tooth due to a rare nerve that wouldn’t respond to anesthetic. Dr Watts and his assistant couldn’t have been kinder. I was a bit traumatized but Dr Watts explained what he would do (in the same afternoon!) and calmly reassured me that he could numb my tooth effectively. The entire procedure was incredible. I never felt a thing, and ended up relaxed and calm. I am so grateful for the expertise and kindness extended by Dr Watts and his staff.
