I highly recommend Highland Endodontics. Dr. White and his staff were profession, courteous and thorough throughout the whole procedure. Dr White explained everything to me and I experienced no discomfort or unease. I will definitely go back to Dr White for any Endodontics I need and will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs Endodontics work.

Every employee that I came in contact with was knowledgeable and helpful. From the front desk ladies helping me get a pretreatment estimate using my new insurance policy to Dr White helping me determine which tooth actually was causing my pain, I was very pleased with my experience. I am so happy with the results. My post-root canal recovery was almost non-exsistant. I was enjoying cold watermelon that evening; a summertime treat I had been missing.!

This establishment has very friendly staff whom greet patients and make them feel welcome as you enter the building. Service was provided promptly and throughout my visit I was well accommodated and concern for comfort was often asked. Additionally, Dr. Derek White provided exceptional care. I'm definitely a fan!

With all things considered, the staff was amazing and super fun. The office was extremely nice and the quality of care was the best. Dr Ratcliff & his assistant made sure I was comfortable and ask me numerous times to ensure I was doing okay before, during and after procedure. They stated I would could have pain afterwards and from the moment my mouth was deadened, I have had NO pain at all. I would highly recommend this doctor and beyond grateful for Dr Burkes recommendation.

The staff from the front desk to the procedure are very professional and nice. The staff advised me of my out-of-pocket portion before the procedure which I appreciated. I had no wait time once I arrived. Dr. Ratcliff is a very talented Endodontist. His assistant was great. The actual procedure lasted less than one hour. Post procedure I have experienced very little pain and I was back to normal activity same day. I would recommend the Highland Endo Group to anyone who needed this type of procedure.

My experience was quite good...I appreciated the professionalism, especially during this Covid virus time. Dr. Watts updated me all during the procedure for my root canal. Grateful to be out of pain & so glad not to have had an abscess! Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Even the pain in a strategic tooth which is a part of a parcel could not over shadow the caring staff and Dr. White. I was prepared, at the very least, to control my nerves. I could hardly believe that the only pain was the prick of a shot in the jaw. I told Dr. White that I had received dental work from some of our best known and admired dentists in MS. A few who taught our dentists and not one of them surpassed him. This is five days later and I still am a Highland Endodontics FAN! Their facility and their staff check all the right boxes. Dr Cook is the best. I have never had a root canal and had heard a lot about them. Dr Cook made me feel very comfortable and informed me of each procedure she was doing and made me feel very comfortable. If you are in need of a roof canal I would highly recommend Dr Cook.
