My experience was superior in all regards. Everyone was welcoming, polite, friendly, helpful, and professional. Dr. Watts is very good and his sense of humor helps calm the patient. I highly recommend Highland and the staff.

My experience was fabulous from checking in , the procedure , and checking out. All the staff was very professional and very kind.

It was a very pleasant visit. Everyone there are extremely nice. I never realized root canals are so quickly done now and painless! Dr. Ratcliff’s mannerism is very caring. I definitely recommend Highland Endodontics.

From the moment I walked in to Highland Endodontics I felt like I was their total focus and attention. The front staff were very welcoming and all smiles. Dr. Cook’s assistant was very kind and calming. I was extremely anxious because I hadn’t had good experiences in the past and I also had a medication concern. Before she started the procedure Dr. Cook researched to confirm and assure me that everything was safe. Dr. Cook explained the procedure in detail and took the time to answer any questions I had, making sure that I was completely comfortable before starting. She talked to me throughout the procedure letting me know how things were going and continuing to make sure I was comfortable and not in any pain or discomfort. The procedure was over in no time. I am now 3 weeks post op and haven’t had a single second of discomfort. It’s like I never had anything done. I expected even if my tooth didn’t hurt that I would at least have some gum soreness just from the necessary manipulation. Nothing. I mean nothing. Nothing was sore, sensitive, uncomfortable, irritated, nothing. Visiting Family members that have had similar procedures were astounded that all the numbing medication had worn off and I was not hurting. I let them know very quickly how superior Highland Endodontics and Dr. Cook are. I cannot say enough good about Highland Endodontics and Dr. Cook. Hopefully I’ll continue with healthy teeth but if not, there’s only one place I’m going. Highland Endodontics and Dr. Cook. They have my highest recommendation. Since my appointment I’ve needed assistance with insurance paperwork. The front staff has worked with us on more than one occasion and has been eager to help however they can.

My experience was great. Sr. Cook was very nice and informative. She made sure that I was comfortable and in little to no pain. All of my experiences with Highland Endo have been great.

This facility was clean and so nice!! All the up front ladies were very kind checking me in and out! Mr. Radcliffe was a very nice young man and i especially loved his assistant i can’t recall her name! They both worked very well together and were very kind to me for my visit and root canal!

Dr Cook and Haley were awesome. Friendly and comforting during the procedure since I was extremely nervous!

If you are in need of a root canal, then this is the best place to go. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Dr. White has done a previous root canal. I expect to have excellent results again. My tooth already feels better. I felt that I had the best of care.
