Growing up I had a fear of the dentist. We only went whenever we had Trouble. My first root canal was a nightmare. Lots of pain. My second root canal went better but it was a unpleasant experience. This year I’ve had to have two root canal‘s done. One was an emergency and Dr. White was able to get me in that same day and get me out of pain. The second one went just smooth. No pain. I like the improved method using a microscope. I think you’re more thorough and easier on the patient. Your staff is friendly and courteous and kind. I wish you had a little bit better payment method. I wanna retirement income it is tight. But I understand finances. My hats off to Dr. White and staff. I like the black mask. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr Radcliffe explained everything before and I felt like he was concerned for my comfort. As for the office it is very beautiful and done in soothing colors.

Everyone was friendly and genuinely concerned about getting to the root of my problem. I felt comfortable the entire time. I had fears about root canals. By the time I left, those fears had completely been resolved. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to ever do another root canal because everything went so smoothly.

I came in with anxiety just thinking about getting a root canal. Dr white reminded me that it was ok. Even after I had a panic attack, he paused just to comfort me. And everything has been fine. It been less than 24 hrs and I feel no pain. Highly recommended. Dr white and his team are amazing...

The quality of care was outstanding. Very professional yet warm and friendly at the same time. I wasn't worried at all. Everyone there makes sure are comfortable and relaxed. Dr. White is a great doctor,you will feel better as soon as you meet him. All the girls are soo sweet,you'll be glad you called.

I've used Highland Endodontics on several occasions and each time I've had the best experience. I've seen both, Dr. White and Dr. Cook, and they've both done excellent work. I'm very anxious when it comes to dental work, but the techs and the doctors make you feel comfortable. Everyone from office staff to the doctors are all top notch! I won't go anywhere else for endodontic work. Thanks guys!

Dr. Cook and her staff were amazing. I love how she talks to you through everything and explains procedures. Great staff, beautiful office building. Love it!

The service, quality, and friendliness was great. Dr. White is a people person Doctor. He is very professional and he really takes his time to ensure the individual is not in any pain and comfortable. I highly recommend him.

I suspected something was wrong with one of my teeth due to a low grade pain and soreness I felt when I pushed on a particular tooth. I called my dentist and he suggested I see Derek White. Dr. White's office called me and they were able to get me in within a couple of days. It was determined I needed a root canal which Dr. White did during that visit. I saw Dr David Ratcliff. A root canal was done. He explained every step that he was going to do. Almost no pain during the deadening procedure. No pain during actual procedure. I highly recommend him

During this difficult time as the world is battling COVID-19, the last thing I wanted to hear from My dentist was that I needed a root canal immediately. My appointment was set within hours of visiting my Own dentist. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the Sweetest reception group, then was walked back to Dr Ratcliff by his great assistant..who made sure I Was comfortable during the procedure. By Far the most pleasurable dentist appointment I have Ever had!!
