First root canal and heard all the horror stories. Actually turned out to be the most painless dental procedure I’ve ever experienced. Dr. White explained everything and the staff was courteous and helpful. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience with Highland Endodontics. I received a very high level care and they were even able to see me the same day the referral was sent minimizing my time in pain. Care and compassion were a priority for them both during and after the procedure.

My experience at Highland Endodontics was awesome. The front desk clerk greeted me with a pleasant smile and was very helpful. I liked that she explained what would take place during my visit. The dental hygienist was extremely friendly and very attentive. She, too, explained what she and the dentist would do. Dr. Ratcliff was the best! He was great with making me feel comfortable and gave detailed information about each procedure. I would highly recommend this office for dental care.

I was in a lot of pain and a week away from my original appointment. I called Dr. White's office and they were able to fit me in that day. I truly appreciate Dr. White and his staff. They are very nice, professional, and did everything possible make me feel comfortable. I'm feeling so much better now.

From the moment I entered the clinic, the dentist and staff were friendly, knowledgeable and well organized. Everyone worked well together and were very professional dealing with patients and with other staff members. Throughout the procedure Dr. White continually asked if I was having any pain. I never had any pain during or in days following the procedure. If I need another root canal I will definitely return to Dr White and will refer others to him.

My daughter, Dr. Alicia Rose, a professor at UMMC Dental School referred me to Dr. Cook telling me she and the staff at Highland was incredibly talented. I agree, as everything went very well (and painless). There are many adjectives available to describe the service I received but perhaps the one that sums it up best is... professional. And in every way. Though no one lives for dental treatment, should I ever encounter another serious tooth saving issue, I'll be all in with Highland. God Bless you all.

Every person employed here is pleasant and considerate. I felt I was treated especially well from the first call for an appointment through the checkout procedure. Dr. White was very gentle and Katherine was great! If you have to have dental work done, I would highly recommend Highland Endodontics.

The complete staff was so nice and considerate. Dr.White treated me with utmost kindness. He did an excellent job on my cracked tooth. I hope and pray that I won’t have to come back anytime soon, but if I need a root canal, I will call Highland Endodontics.

My appointment/referral to Highland Endodontics was quicker than expected, the next day actually. My visit was just as quick. I was there just a little over an hour & left with my procedure complete. Doctor Radcliff & the staff were very nice & professional.

Everyone was so friendly and caring. I never once felt any pain, even after the root canal. The told me to expect a little soreness and irritation but as soon as the local anesthetic wore off, I never felt any discomfort. Dr. Ratcliff did an amazing job

The service and staff were great. I did not experience and pain during the procedure and have not needed any pain medicine since the procedure, which was four days ago. My thanks to Dr. White and staff for the excellent care and I received.

Absolutely wonderful! Very quick! The doctor was very reassuring and reminded me of my dentists from when I was a kid. He was patient and made sure that I was comfortable and not too nervous. The assistant was also super sweet! I accidentally squeezed the life out of her hand during the numbing part but she didn't mind at all! Would highly recommend and continue to use if I ever needed to again! Currently my tooth is much, much better. No sensitivity and I can eat again! Thank you so much!

What an awesome place with awesome staff and doctors. Everyone was every kind and easy to work with. Very understanding and patient. This was my first successful root canal and if I ever need another one I will definitely be looking up Dr. Watts. Great bed side manner all the way around. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I was an add on patient and was able to get an acute painful condition fixed. I did not even need the prescribed pain medication to get through the night. I am taking the prescribed antibiotics and I feel great the next day. Thanks for the excellent care!!

Dr. Ratcliff, and the entire Highland staff are amazing!! I had been in the most excruciating pain for 2 days. They worked me in the same day my dentist called, and worked me in. Fixed me right up, the pain was gone, and I'm back to my normal activity. The level of care, comfort, and kindness is top notch.

My regular dentist referred me to Dr. Watts at Highland Endodontics for a root canal. I opted for sedation to undergo this procedure, and the staff cheerfully worked with me on rescheduling and caring for my ailing tooth until that day. The procedure went very well. Dr Ratcliff did my procedure, and when I tell you I did not feel a thing, that what I mean. and staff was remarkable.. I couldn’t not ask for better service I received on that day. Just put plain and simple they’re just awesome.
