Once upon a time I was not afraid of dentists. Then, starting about 7 years ago I had a series of terrible experiences. I haves a small mouth, TMJ, and my nerves are difficult to get to. The trifecta of dental nightmares. Normally people state Root canals as the end al be all of torture but this was absolutely the farthest thing from the truth. My experience with Dr Ratcliff and his staff was the best I’ve had in a long long LONG time. Dr. Ratcliff was compassionate, professional and took his time making the numbing process as gentle as possible. In between he allowed me to rest my jaw and not use a bite block which made my after experience much more pleasant as I did not Get lock jaw. He took into account all of my concerns and I had a relatively pain free procedure . On top of that, his staff were professional and friendly, the office was beautiful and inviting and there were great puppies on a TV playing which was surprisingly relaxing. I highly recommend this office for all of your in depth dental needs.

The quality of care is second to none. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk to Sarah the assistant were very kind and did everything possible to ensure I was comfortable. Dr. Ratcliff was super kind and concerned about my comfort. It was a pleasant experience and I’m thankful for the care I received.

My experience was great. Everyone hates the thought of a root canal, but Dr. Watts and Jessica were wonderful. I would highly recommend going to them. They made sure I was comfortable during my entire procedure. I felt no pain. The entire staff was very professional and fast.

Comfort is probably the most important concern as I see it! Ha! If you're not comfortable with the Dr. and assistants then you will be on the lookout for another Dr. to go to! The front office staff was very courteous and efficient. The assistant who took the X-rays and made the preparations for surgery was very knowledgeable and helpful. My experience was very very good. The staff was very good in checking you in and out. Dr. Ratcliff and his assistant were very good. I must say his assistant made me feel very comfortable. Before I knew it he was finished! If I ever need anymore work done, Dr. Ratcliff will be the one to do it.

My visit was excellent. I really didn't know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised at how patient and kind everyone was. Jessica explained everything in detail and has a sweet smile. Dr. Watts was efficient and patient and did excellent work. I had little pain and very little pain after returning home. I will definitely recommend this group to my friends.

I am quite pleased with my visit to Highland Endodontics. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a root canal. Dr. Ratcliff was professional and friendly. He reviewed the image of my tooth and described the procedure and why he agreed with my excellent general dentist, Dr. Reece Myers, that it was necessary. Before starting, he checked the sensitivity of the procedure area. I still had some sensation, so he pumped a bit more numbing elixir into the area. Once it was completely numb, he started. During the procedure, he constantly explained what he was doing and asked me several times if I was experiencing any discomfort. His voice and demeanor were both calming and reassuring. He and his assistant (To whom I apologize for forgetting her name!) explained the post-op procedure in detail and asked if I had any questions. The support staff were friendly and professional. The office has a wonderful view of the outside. Bright and open. Calming animal videos play while you wait for the procedure to start. This is a first-class operation. Today, I am two days post-procedure. I have not needed a single Ibuprofen. I would highly recommend Dr. David Ratcliff and Highland Endodontics to anyone who is in need of a root canal. Of course, I hope to never have the need to see them again, but, if I do, I will do so with no apprehension. Mucho Kudos to all of you!!

In my opinion, quality of care is great! I have had three treatments and all have been without a hitch. I was very comfortable during treatment and recovery has been completely painless! Everyone was very friendly and very accommodating during my appointment time. The office is very relaxing.
