Highland Endodontists really took care of me last week when I had my root canal. I’ve had root canals before, and they were somewhat traumatic for me. There was a lot of discomfort during the procedure and pain after it. I suffer from anxiety a good bit, and I was so worried that it would be another bad experience. I was just a mess about this one. I feel like Dr. Watts listened to my concerns and made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. The dental assistants and the anesthesiologist were amazing too! Everyone was just so sweet, and I could not have asked for a better experience considering the situation. Absolutely zero complaints! Thank y’all so much!

Dr. Cook was wonderful. she explained everything to my level and took the best care of me. I had an appointment within 2 hours of calling. The front desk employees were very helpful in getting me in as soon as possible.

I had an awesome experience. From the moment a walked through the door and left I felt very welcomed. The facility is very nice and you can tell the put a lot of thought into every room. Even the bathroom, very complimentary. The service itself was very phenomenal. The tools they used were unlike any I have experienced at other dentist offices. They made me feel very comfortable by just giving me glasses to shield my eyes from the water. Dr. White as well as his assistant kept making sure I was comfortable. I have bragged about the service I received to everyone I know and have recommended you all as well.

I had a root canal performed this morning. The treatment I received was five star plus (*****!). Dr. White and his staff are great. From the time I arrived I was treated like a member of the family and extremely professionally. I had the procedure performed an a very challenging tooth and Dr.White was great, He explained the procedure every step of the way and kept me advised of what was coming next. Made a stressful procedure very easy. His followup explanation was very enlightening as to what I can expect during my recovery although I am writing this less than two hours post op and feel great about the experience. I recommend Dr. White at the highest level. True professional and surgeon. Thank you Dr. White and staff.

My experience was as good as it can be for a root canal. Allison and Dr. White were friendly and kept me relaxed. The process was well organized without any wasted time. The work was thorough, and close attention was paid to my comfort throughout. Post-procedure I am having no problem - an excellent outcome so far.

I was very pleased with my care that I received from Dr. Cook and her assistant. They were both very friendly and talked me through the whole experience. Constantly asking me if I was in pain and if I was ok. I had no idea what to expect but they both put me at ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Cook and her staff. The receptionist was very friendly as well, which was refreshing!

My appointment was at 12:30. I arrived at 12:00. I signed in and before I took a seat in the waiting area they were ready for me. Very timely and this was consistent throughout the visit. My comfort level was at the forefront. Dr. Cook explained each step of the procedure. My pain and swelling seem to be well controlled and at a minimum. I was very pleased with the procedure and the staff today.

I am so glad I chose Highland Endodontics and Dr. Ratcliff! It was my first major dental procedure experience as an adult, and I could not be any happier with the treatment I received. From check in to check out, everyone at Highland Endodontics went out of their way to make me feel welcome and at ease. I was even given a warm blanket in the exam room! Dr. Ratcliff and his wonderful assistant talked to me and explained what was happening every step of the way, and I never felt anything but calm and comfortable. Staff was very welcoming, warm, and very caring. Warm greeting when entering and a warm and caring goodbye. Whale a person that is nervous and not sure of the outcome, it’s very comforting and relaxing to be treated respectfully to be able to put the fears the rest. Quality of Care - I had a root canal done. The work was done by an obviously highly skilled and professio al doctor and assistants (Dr Watts' team. They kept me informed and answered all questions I had. The work was amazing - no pain on day 2! Comfort - Dr Watts and team made sure I was doing well throughout the the entire process and showed the willingness to make any changes for me if needed. Friendliness - Everyone was extremely friendly. They were fun and funny while ensuring their work was done correctly, efficiently, and professionally. I highly reccomend Highland Endodontics of Flowood.

My experience at Highland Endodontics was great! First, they are located right off the interstate and highway in an easy to reach, park up close, nice building with large windows. Second, my wait-time was none! Lastly, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient in giving great customer service. The dentist and his assistant treated me as a very special guest, making me feel very comfortable with the situation of having them diagnose and treat my tooth. Upon learning that treatment would involve root canal surgery, I suggested having tooth 31 removed but the dentist advised against it. He talked me through each step, was as gentle as possible, and kept asking if I was okay. The assistant was also great, had a can’t help enough attitude! Now that the treatment is over, I’m so glad that I still have my tooth and the procedure wasn’t so bad. They treated my me very well and did a fantastic job on my tooth at a reasonable cost. I’m thankful and glad!

I was really scared to have a root canal but I was very much wrong.. everyone treated me so nice and I loved Dr. White.. he was telling me what he was doing and I am very pleased with his knowledge and quickness.. They made a very uncomfortable experience, comfortable. They were all so nice! Dr. Cook was great! The Christian music playing and the animal videos on the tv were very relaxing. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back there in the future if necessary. I will definitely tell others about my great experience there.

Dr. White and his staff are simply amazing. From the moment you walk in the door, you’re greeted with smiles. His staff is so personable and truly have a desire to help in any way they can. Their number one priority is their clients and it can be seen instantly. Dr. White is by far the best at what he does. He checks to make sure you’re doing OK throughout the procedure multiple times. He is so down to earth and has a personality that makes you feel comfortable instantly. I will never go anywhere else.

This was my second visit to see Dr. White for a root canal. Dr. White and his staff are awesome ! I would highly recommend them to anyone. My well being and comfort were their main concern. I even received a follow up call the day after to make sure everything was ok. I hope I’m done with root canals, but if I’m not Highland Endodontics is the only place I’ll use.

Dr. White and his staff were the most friendly and professional dental clinics I have ever been to. They explained everything that they were doing and accomplished a root canal with no pain. I’ve had several root canals but this was the first time that I have fallen asleep without sedation during the procedure. Dr Cook was gentle and helped me be comfortable and at ease. I can’t say that I look forward to another root canal but if I have to have one I would prefer Dr. Cook at Highland Endodontics.

I arrived for my appointment with Dr. Cook while I was experiencing a lot of pain around one of my teeth. The staff made me feel comfortable from the start. Once I met Dr. Cook I knew all would be better with her taking care of me. Dr. Cook and her staff explained each step to me as they went along taking care of my tooth. They have up to date equipment to be sure your experience is as comfortable as they can make it for you and it was.
