My experience at Highland Endodontics with Dr. Derek White and his staff was well worth the drive. The staff was professional and friendly. Dr. Derek was on top of the procedure I needed and took my feelings and concerns seriously. I never felt threatened or any pain and look forward to his work if ever needed again.

I was apprehensive about the root canal. The procedure was as "patient friendly" as it could be. No discomfort. Dr. White and his staff were excellent. If you need a root canal, this is the place to go.

The staff at Highland Endodontics were great yesterday. They took me right in and did a great job on making me feel at home. DR Cook and Haleigh performed the procedure in no time and pain free. Thank y'all for taking care of my root canal on such short notice. I would highly recommend them.

The staff was friendly! I was nervous but had ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN @ ALL !! Even after my procedure I did not have pain. Best dentist ever !!

I really fear dental work but coming to your office was the best experience. Everyone was so friendly and very compassionate. Dr White was very gentle and made me feel relaxed. Root canals are never fun but I would never go anywhere else except to him.

After a tooth broke off, my dentist sent me to Doctor Olivia Cook for a root canal procedure with a stem. I was seen the very same day and my procedure was painless. As she worked, Dr. Cook would describe each part of the procedure, informing me as she worked what was being done and why. She was gentle and very professional. If I have the need for her services again, I will gladly sit again in her chair.

It was an amazing experience. I was warmly greeted. Taken care of quickly & professionally. Each process was totally explained as we went. I was comfortable & experienced no pain with the procedure itself. Of course these as some discomfort with the numbing process but that was to be expected since my root canal was on an upper tooth. I recovered in the time I was told would be expected.

So this was my first root canal and I was dreading it because it sounds like a painful procedure. My husband who has been to Dr. Cook in the past assured me that I would not feel any pain and he was right. I'm usually very tense during dental procedures but I was able to completely relax. They use advanced equipment that I've never seen before and little devices that are made to help you be comfortable. Like the rubber mouth piece that holds your mouth open so you don't have to strain the whole time keeping your mouth wide open is just one example. You can tell they have your best interest at heart. Every staff member seem dedicated to providing excellent medical care and they worked together like clockwork so it didn't seem to take any longer than having a cavity filled. They take time to show you your tooth xrays and explain the procedure. I was very happy with the whole experience and highly recommend Dr. Cook and her staff to anyone needing a root canal.

Dr. White, My apologies for waiting so long. I have a very heavy load taking care of my husband, our home, etc. However, I do want to thank you for the wonderful job you did on my tooth. I couldn't ask for better. And you did it all with a minimum of pain and did all you could to keep this old body comfortable. Your friendliness and kindness as well as that of all your staff was outstanding. I have other teeth that need care as well and as soon as I can I hope to see you again for your splendid services. Dr. Watts was patient, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable with professional mannerisms. His assistant never waivered in making sure he had what he needed without him having to ask during the procedure. They both made me and my daughter relax because of there friendliness.
