My first visit to Highland Endodontics was today to have a root canal. The check in staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. The procedure was done to my satisfaction and Dr Cook and her staff were excellent!

I found out I needed a root canal after a checkup on a sore tooth. My dentist referred me to Dr. White and they had an opening for that same day. My first impression was how nice and compassionate the receptionist was. She helped me with a payment plan, which immediately put me at ease. The hygienist explained every step from x-rays to an impression and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. White was kind and explained step-by-step the root canal. He worked quickly and checked on me frequently. I was prescribed pain medication and given his number to call in case of emergency. My pain and discomfort level has been very minimal and even though I hope I never have to have a root canal again, Dr. White and his staff will be my go to!

I've seen Dr. White twice for a root canal. Both visits have been very professional. The staff is friendly. Dr. White makes sure you are comfortable during your procedure. I would recommend him to anyone. Great service!!

I had a very pleasant experience today. The office ladies were very friendly and helpful on the phone and in the office. Dr. White and his assistant (please forgive me for not remembering her name) were so friendly and comforting. The anxious feeling I had when I arrived was gone shortly after meeting them. The procedure didn't take too long and I was very impressed with how well everything went. Thank you all very much!!

I was referred by my primary dentist for a root canal. I was in extreme pain. They were able to take me in the very next day. Considering all the visits to the dentist, endodontist etc., I would rate your clinic a 10. There were no hidden fees, no surprises, & everyone at the clinic was very helpful. The older I get my nerves get the best of me when someone is working on my teeth, and because my mouth is the size of a child...it's very hard on the dentist and me as a patient. Thanks for the blanket and walking me through every step of the procedure. I was surprised when I left the office, that I wasn't a nervous wreck. Thank You!

The entire staff that I dealt with at this clinic, was top notch. From the moment I walked in, during the procedure, and untill I left, everyone was great. Including the Doctor. If I ever need another root canal, Dr White and his clinic is where I'll go.

WOW, to say that I was anxious or scared about having this work done was inaccurate to say the least, HORRIFIED!, is the only explanation that comes to mind. They were able to work me in the same day my dentist called them for an appointment. The assistant was so sweet and understanding about my fear and talked to me, making sure I was Ok. She took me right in, never left me, and before They started, she explained everything they were going to do before they did it. When Dr. White came in, he was so kind, and never hurt me, not once, and best of all he was very fast, and told me as we progressed, ask if I was Ok from time to time. Obviously, he is very, very good at what he does, because no pain during or after is my way to go. I will recommend this group and these two guys to everyone I know.

There is only one place that I will go for a root canal and that is Highland Endodontics with Dr Derek White and his awesome staff. Everyone is always Friendly, very patient and caring from the initial phone call thru the door and the procedure to ready to go home. The Quality of Care here is exceptional and far exceeds that word with their way of comforting the patient through the root canal process especially with scaredy cats like me. Information was shared through the process and I had no questions upon checking out. I would recommend Highland Endodontics to anyone needing a root canal. My experience in the past with root canals is terrible. In fact, I had a tooth pulled so I wouldn't have to go through that again. Today was totally different. I had no discomfort during procedure at all. Everyone was very personable and I highly recommend Dr. White to anyone who has to have a root canal done. I will definitely return if I have to have this procedure done again!

The quality of care was exceptional. The facility is just beautiful. The staff made me feel welcome and was very attentive. I can't express my gratitude to the extent that you Dr. White truly deserve, after contacting Amanda at 10 am, I was seen just a few hours later. Only moments after arrival I was cared for by Janice who diligently prepared the dental theater. With great relief the entire root canal procedure was completed virtually pain free within approximately 45 minutes! The care provided was superb! Dr. White, Janice, and Amanda sincerely care about their patients! Thank You!!!

Dr. White was exceptional, I felt no pain through an entire root canal. Entire staff was wonderful and accommodating. I was able to get in the day I called. I hope I do not ever need another root canal, but if I do that is where I will go.

First of all, I was really pleased to get an appointment so quickly yesterday. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. Dr. White and his staff were courteous, professional and thorough in their explanations of what would occur, and also with what I should do afterward. There was no pain during the procedure nor have I experienced any since. A follow-up call this morning to check on me was very much appreciated!

This was my first time to use Dr. White. I had a root canal procedure on Monday, July 10th and was very pleased with everything. They were very professional, and I did not feel a thing during and after the procedure! I have had two other root canals in the past by other dentist and it was painful during and after the procedure. The staff are very friendly as well as dr. White. I would highly recommend them!!

Dr. White and his staff made a not so anticipated situation as pleasant as could be. His chair side manner was exemplary. Dr. White explained the procedure extensively before beginning as well as what to expect. His assistant was very professional and made me feel comfortable and welcome which put me at ease.
