I never thought I could be at ease in any Dentist office. However, this team made me comfortable beyond my expectations. Immediately I felt that I was in great hands and was relaxed. I have recommended them to my immediate family with out any reservation and if I ever need an endodontics again, this is where I am going.

How can a root canal be considered a good experience? All things considered, it was good, no it was great! Dr. Cook and staff were professional, knowledgeable, and comforting. Best news, NO pain pills necessary because I had NO pain!! Thanks to all!

Staff was very friendly and helpful from the first phone call scheduling, then rescheduling my appointment. When I went in for my visit they were fast and courteous. I was a little nervous was I usually am when I have dental work done, but it ended up not being bad at all. My Dr and his assistant were very great.

I was really pleased with my experience at Highland Endodontics. Everyone was very friendly from the receptionists, to the nurses and doctor. The office itself feels inviting. Unfortunately, this was not my first root canal (I have had several), but it was one of the less painful procedures I have had. Dr. Ratcliff was as gentle as possible, and tried to make sure I was comfortable throughout. I would highly recommend Dr. Ratcliff and Highland Endodontics.

Dr White is simply amazing. I had absolutely no soreness or pain after my root canal!

Dr. Ratcliff and assistants were by far the nicest people I’ve ever had work on my teeth. I’m a bad gager and they made me feel comfortable the whole time.

Dr Olivia Cook & her assistant did an AWESOME job!!! They were very professional. They talked me through every step, & I did not feel a thing!! I had some anxiety because I just had a root canal 5 months before by some one else & I could hardly stay in the chair from the pain. Dr Cook made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure. I HIGHLY recommend her! :)

DR White and his staff were as friendly as family. Facilities were impeccable with the latest high tech equipment to insure the patients comfort and successful treatment. They can be assured that if I ever need their services again, they will be my first choice.Dr white's comforting conversation during each procedure was extremely comforting. Welcomed as I first entered the office with all preparations made to receive me. Appointment was on time with very little wait. Waiting area for my husband was comfortable and inviting (he appreciated the coffee). Dr. Ratcliff's Assistant engaged with me, helping me to feel comfortable and explaining the procedures that would follow. I appreciated the videos and music as additional stress relievers. Dr. Ratcliff was very kind and patient in the procedure, and made this event easier than I had anticipated. The follow-up instructions were very clear. Dr. Cook was wonderful. she explained everything to my level and took the best care of me. I had an appointment within 2 hours of calling. The front desk employees were very helpful in getting me in as soon as possible.
