My experience with Highland Endodontics was all rainbows. With COVID-19 I felt so safe at this facility. Having not had a root canal since the 70's, this was a wonderful experience. Dr. White and his staff made me feel so comfortable and safe. I experienced no pain or discomfort whatsoever. His expertise is phenomenal. Everyone involved with my appointment and paperwork online were so very nice and helpful. I called Dr. Burns as soon as I arrived home and thanked him for his recommending Dr. White. I was also impressed with Dr. White's assistant. I highly recommend Highland Endodontics and thank them for a very nice experience.

Every employee that I came in contact with was knowledgeable and helpful. From the front desk ladies helping me get a pretreatment estimate using my new insurance policy to Dr White helping me determine which tooth actually was causing my pain, I was very pleased with my experience. I am so happy with the results. My post-root canal recovery was almost non-exsistant. I was enjoying cold watermelon that evening; a summertime treat I had been missing.!

Everyone was friendly and polite. The atmosphere was great. My root canal was done in a professional and timely manner. The office setting is beautiful. I would certainly recommend family and friends to have their Endodontics care done there.

The dentist and his assistant were both informative of my needed procedures and went out of their way to keep said procedures as comfortable and pain free as possible. Very very professional and great service

With all things considered, the staff was amazing and super fun. The office was extremely nice and the quality of care was the best. Dr Ratcliff & his assistant made sure I was comfortable and ask me numerous times to ensure I was doing okay before, during and after procedure. They stated I would could have pain afterwards and from the moment my mouth was deadened, I have had NO pain at all. I would highly recommend this doctor and beyond grateful for Dr Burkes recommendation.

My Highland Endodontics experience was great. Everyone was professional and friendly. The quality of care and comfort was a very good experience. Dr. Ratcliff and his assistant did an outstanding job. I have never had a root canal done in my life, this was the first one. I was amazed that during the procedure and after it I experienced no pain. Awesome job and I would recommend this group also to anyone that needs this type procedure done. Thanks!!

The staff from the front desk to the procedure are very professional and nice. The staff advised me of my out-of-pocket portion before the procedure which I appreciated. I had no wait time once I arrived. Dr. Ratcliff is a very talented Endodontist. His assistant was great. The actual procedure lasted less than one hour. Post procedure I have experienced very little pain and I was back to normal activity same day. I would recommend the Highland Endo Group to anyone who needed this type of procedure.
