Both Dr. Cook and her assistant were very professional, polite and caring. For an unpleasant procedure like a root canal, they made it a breeze. I especially appreciated the explanations and asking if I was okay as the root canal proceeded. I experienced no significant discomfort or pain during the procedure, the rest of that day, or the days following. I highly recommend this endodontic team!

Dr. Cook is the best at Great Customer Service and patient care. She brings an environment in her office of calmness and concerns for her patients well being.

I would rate Dr. Derek White & his staff EXCELLENT. Excellent quality of care; excellent comfort; excellent friendliness; and excellent feeling of true concern for the well-being of all. Dr. White just has to be one of the best that there is – anywhere. All of his staff were great, and I think that I may have spoken to them ALL with the questions, concerns & anxiety that I was having regarding my root canal and my entire treatment plan. If you can have a great root canal this was it Painless procedure and friendly service dr cook did excellent job and 24 hours later I am having no pain . Would highly recommend her for anyone that needs this procedure. Also her assistant Jessica made me feel comfortable and was a great asset to the team

The staff was very friendly. I was nervous about getting a root canal but everything went exceptionally well. I did not have to wait a long time for the appointment nor did I have to wait long after arriving for the appointment. Dr. White and his assistant explained things and I felt comfortable throughout the procedure. I will definitely refer others to Highland Endodontics!!

The staff at this office were really nice and meet the needs of their patients. I don't know who could say that they enjoy the experience of a root canal,especially when it's in the back of the mouth,but we pushed through it and made it happen. Dr. White was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable. If I ever have to go thru this again I'll go back,let's just hope I don't. Thanks to the staff.

I am very fearful about any dental procedure. Prior to my visit, I had only been to the dentist once in the past four years. The staff at Highland Endodontics are very professional and kind. You can tell that they truly care about you and your experience. Amanda, the dental assistant, was extremely kind and helpful in easing my apprehension. She always made sure that I got anything that I needed. Dr. Cook informed me of what would go on prior to even beginning the root canal procedure which greatly helped to reduce my anxiety level. She managed to keep me calm and informed me of each step. During the procedure I felt no pain. Dr. Cook continually checked to make sure that I was experiencing no pain and was doing okay. I would recommend Dr. Cook and the staff at Highland Endodontics to anyone because of how incredibly easy they made the process. In the event that I ever need a root canal again, I will definitely be back to see Dr. Cook.

First I would like to thank Dr, White and his team for welcoming me including his assistance who was so nice and ensure me that there was nothing to be afraid of. I really did not know what to expect, but I was quickly placed @ ease. As my thoughts were saying when will the procedure be over Dr. White said we are almost done and a few minutes later it was over and I felt great. As I recovered @ home, I only experienced tenderness when I bite too hard, but no swelling and no real pain. I only took 1 extra strength Tylenol, just for the slight tenderness. It was a great experience and I will recommend Dr. White to friends and family

My experiences really could not have been any better.I had a root canal done and was apprehensive based off of ones 20 + years ago. I was treated wonderfully and the staff made sure my visit was as enjoyable as possible under the circumstances. Dr. White was fantastic!!! He explained every thing to me and I'm not sure how but managed to make the procedure pain free, just the opposite from my past experiences. I have experienced literally no discomfort since getting home. All I've had to take is Advil and I've been god to go. I would highly recommend Dr. White and his practice to anyone needing their expertise. While I'm not looking forward to having this done again, I'm definitely not the least bit apprehensive any more. Thank You for every thing.

Though no one goes for a root canal to have fun, my experience was pleasant from start to finish. There was no wait time, his staff was friendly and competent, and the procedure was completed in a timely manner. Dr Wtite worked with quiet confidence, speaking to his assistant so softly I could barely hear him but so clearly to me that my older ears had no difficulty understanding. I would certainly recommend him as someone who could be trusted to give wise counsel on what should be done.

I received the most friendliest service. The staff is wonderful and the offices were very comfortable. I arrived on time and was shown to a treatment room right away. My treatment was painless and I felt no discomfort. Dr White is the best!

I was very nervous the morning of my root canal as I had never had the procedure done before. I was in a lot of pain by the time I made it to the office. The staff was very friendly. Dr. Cook was very friendly and effecient. It was a very good experience. I left with no pain at all and have felt 100% better since the procedure. I was referred to Dr. White and Dr. Cook during an acute and painful dental problem. I was seen for a consultation and treatment was offered the same day!!! The staff and dentists were the most helpful and kind ever!! I’m in the medical field and their professionalism was absolutely 2nd to none. This is one of the most professional and nicest medical offices I have ever been in. The receptionist at check in, the dental assistant, and the doctor were all amazing! This is a procedure most people dread but I have to say, they made it as easy and painless as possible. I would recommend this group to anyone who needs a root canal.

Root canals are never fun, but if you have to have one, this is the place to go. Dr. White was able to see me the same day and worked very patiently on a complicated tooth, while all the time making me comfortable and keeping me pain free. Best experience ever and I highly recommend this clinic. His staff was exceptional as well. Overall a very pleasant visit.
